So maybe you all have learned a lesson... Buy IGNIS now, let it run op to the airdrop and then sell just before....

And keep whatever you have left in your own wallet!!

Saves you a month of whining overhere..

Besides, how can you loose money on something that can't be traded yet? You only loose money when you sell IGNIS (and even then, you got it for free by holding NXT right? So where's the loss?). Since you don't have it yet it is kind of ridiculous to state you are loosing money.

"If they build it, IGNIS will come" Wink

Bittrex is a cheat exchange. It is a swindler. all promises lie, I leave this bittrex

I'm sure they are happy to see you leave. How come nobody actually tries to read this thread instead of writing all this drivel?

Bittrex stated they WILL support IGNIS and the airdrop. They stated they are WORKING on implementing. They NEVER promised WHEN IGNIS will be available.

So just wait, only reason I can think of people are so anxious is that they got burned buying NXT at the top just to get the airdrop. Well, tough shit, learn a lesson. If you have no clue whatsoever you probably shouldn't be investing in crypto anyway. Same people will probably dump all IGNIS the moment it's available and complain about the price. I'll be there to fish at the bottom for sure. Talk to you end of 2018 Wink

Make sure you also close your account at Bittrex so you'll be sure to loose your IGNIS forever and move on.

BIttrex doesnt support hardfork, stakes, airdrops, tokens from ICOS... the exchange get the tokens, but you don't!!!!
as long as i discovered i wasnt getting GAS for my holdings of NEO (but bittrex sure keep holding the GAS that should have been assigned to its customers ).. i moved from bittrex to binance.. now.. bittrex never again!!!!!

Is it true? So Bittrex took advantage of us? Wherein we are those who lost money from the snapshot just to receive IGNIS!

have you actually read more than one line in the whole thread above?

It must be really frustrating when you try and build a revolutionary blockchain platform and even though everybody pours in his/her (and to be politically correct I have to say "it" I believe") last cents and some borrowed money to boot in it they don't give a sh*t what it's all about.

Info from Nxter: Source: https://www.nxter.org/nxt-news-january-2018-ii/

Welcome, fellow Nxters!  The last week has been frustrating for a lot of users with IGNIS and ARDR in third-party exchanges, we know the desperation many of you feel at having your assets be inaccessible or untradeable.

Jelurida works with the exchanges to try and make everything run smoothly. Ardor is a completely new blockchain concept – it is cutting edge, and it is a decentralized ledger; if users lose funds, or the exchange gets hacked, there is no way to get the tokens back and the exchange will be blamed.  Last week Poloniex opened deposits and withdrawals while being on a fork, and they are now reimbursing their users. So, patience, dear Nxters, the centralized ARDR markets will re-launch successfully, and IGNIS will be added successfully. Eventually. We do, just like you, long for an update from Bittrex.

We recommend you to spend the waiting time for Bittrex to investigate the functionality of the blockchain you invested in. Ardor is a useful, disruptive, working, truly revolutionary blockchain platform, and you might realize that there is no reason to panic. Read, learn and explore the Ardor platform – use your creativity. You can log in with your account ID on https://ardor.nxter.org and check your balances but we do not recommend that you send your passphrase to ANY online node. Download the latest Ardor client, run it in full mode as it is fast as the blockchain was launched very recently.

Anyone who bought into the ICO or held their NXT in their own wallets (as we recommended over and over again), at the snapshot block, can enjoy using the Ignis, Bitswift and Ardor features. It seems to us that some investors have little to no idea about what they have actually invested in. Or think that Nxters control Bittrex, or (unfortunately) fall for scammers and phishing sites in their desperation to sell because they see the value of NXT dump after the airdrop of IGNIS. This is a shame. Ardor and Ignis work like a breeze. Activate your ARDR by forging, set up bundlers to earn IGNIS. Only seven items have been listed for sale on Ignis’ decentralized marketplace so far, as this is a completely new blockchain. Create a poll, shuffle your IGNIS or issue a mintable coin. On the Bitswift chain there are plenty of unclaimed aliases. Do you wonder what the AEUR chain is? Then keep reading.

We welcome back our old readers and warmly welcome our new ones. The cryptosphere is a large, complex, and largely mysterious place for most people and we at Nxter are changing that. We want our readers to become experts in the Nxt / Ardor / Ignis blockchain ecosystem. Take a deep breath and learn about all the news from last week.

Maybe Bittrex does not support the deposit of these coins and we are waiting for them in vain? Does someone have accurate information about this? I already lose my hope that I will get my IGNIS.

Bittrex stated they WILL support, it just takes time. Read the news about hundreds of thousands applying for accounts, existing customers opening tickets with support for every hiccup beyond their control because they have no clue what they are doing anyway and as a bonus two huge vulnerabilities requiring downtime (and possibly performance loss) on the whole platform in the midst of trying to upscale operations. From my point of view it's a miracle none of the big exchanges went down altogether..

Meanwhile IGNIS is trading comfortably at $ 1,56 at AEX with some decent volume. That should be a good indication of price..

Why is it only newbie accounts whining about the ignis airdrop? Or do people register new accounts just dedicated for whining? People be patient. You will get your coins as promised by the team I'm sure.

I'm a complete newbie on this forum (not crypto) and not whining Wink But then, I bought NXT some time ago (still have it) and even if IGNIS starts at $ 1,42 on Bittrex like it is trading on AEX I'm quite happy. Contrary to most I'm usually long on all coins/tokens etc. I guess it must suck when you sank all you had into this one risky shot and still don't know what you have while everything else is going through the roof.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIs and Bittrex on: January 06, 2018, 03:59:38 PM
Seems like they are working hard on it at Bittrex. Ardor trading has been taken offline. Presumably to implement IGNIS. Read tweets about implementation beginning of Feb. and also tweets about implementation tomorrow.. Nobody knows but they said they would support so just be patient..
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIs and Bittrex on: January 06, 2018, 03:36:06 PM
To be honest with You guys, I've already transfered almost all my coins into other exchange and right now I'm just waiting for IGNIS and damn wallet update on cardano because from over 25 december there is still wallet disabled on cardano in bittrex which is so unbelievable !@#!  So as soon as they will enable withdrawal on ADA, I will transfer it to other exchange.  I'm disappointed about BITTREX.

Try this:

On Bittrex go to the Bittrex logo next to "markets". You'll get all three markets. Search ADA and you'll end up on ADA page where you can trade even though wallet is disabled. It's like a bug but I have been able to trade regardless of wallet maintenance. They should fix that Wink
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIs and Bittrex on: January 06, 2018, 03:03:56 PM
Bittrex is bullshit they are delaying the release of the con to lower the price of it.

Talk about bullshit. How can you lower the price if it cannot be traded? Coins in Bittrex wallets cannot be sold at the moment so what's your point? They just need time to implement the wallet. Takes longer than expected, just deal with it. IGNIS is up 26% on AEX at the moment, after initial dumping price seems to have formed in a "normal" market place. Too bad if you bought at ATH just to get the airdrop. Should have been in sooner. I'm happy the way it is Wink On Bittrex there probably will be some dumping straight away. Profit from it.
