What do you mean by proof of purchase?

Is there any good "model" to process such transaction?

Reputation mostly, this is why I asked for it. Also If somebody is planning to sell more of those - he probably needs good history.

Reloadable cards allows you to load it, when you actually need it (without leaving too much money loaded), and you can cahnge the password of control panel as well...

I am interested in buying re-loadable europian Prepaid Card (not polish) with initial sum already loaded. I don't mind receiving just details of a plastic card (and destroying the original plastic)

Of course the seller should somehow prove his reputation.

I am looking to buy a generic re-loadable prepaid card for online purchases with bitcoins.

I found this card http://kingmastercard.de/, it is plastic but I will be willing to purchase it as a virtual card.

Do we have somebody here (with reasonable reputation) ready to sell this one (or similar cards) for bitcoins?

I think it might be a good business as well....
