Experienced a lot of these, especially when I was in college. I noticed it always happens when I was super stressed out. I remember the first time after dance class, I was starting to doze off, when I felt a presence by the door and suddenly I could not move and a heavy weight was pressing on my back. The next was years after when before falling asleep I suddenly felt paralyzed and heard a lot of noise like laughing, screaming, etc. I heard it beside me on the bed even though there was no one but me in my room. At times, I have episode after episode to the point I'm scared of sleeping. These events always happens to me before I get to sleep. I've done some research and saw that what I had was called hypnagogia.

Hypnagogic or hypnopompic hallucinations are visual, tactile, auditory, or other sensory events, usually brief but occasionally prolonged, that occur at the transition from wakefulness to sleep (hypnagogic) or from sleep to wakefulness (hypnopompic).

These days, I've memorized the symptoms whenever I start feeling like I'm having episodes again. My toes starts feeling numb and climbs up my body. When this happens, I massage my feet or move them for the numbness to subside. I'm just thankful I only have sensory hallucinations and not visual.

I strongly believe that in order to provide good customer service, aside from being friendly with the customers, is that one must have full knowledge of the products and offers of the company.

I would recommend for you to avoid buying clothes online since you can never be sure if it fits right. But other than that, online shopping is a good alternative to physical shopping.

Religion will not save anyone. Only an individual's faith can save him/her. A person with a strong faith in God and aims to always be good in the Father's eyes, regardless of religion, will be saved.
8  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: January 16, 2018, 07:18:14 AM
To answer it simply, yes, holding bitcoin is a risk. However, there is nothing bad about risks. It depends on the person. I personally use my extra income in bitcoin, therefore whether I gain money or not, really doesn't bother me much. Do not put all your money in bitcoin. Invest in other coins. banks, etc.

The worst movie for me is Dagon. Not in the sense that it's made badly because I was a kid when I first watched, but then again maybe it is haha, but it's the worst in the way that i never would watch it again for being too gruesome. It scarred me for life.
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: what will you do when you are in a bad mood? on: January 10, 2018, 11:12:14 AM
Whenever I'm in a bad mood, I tend to keep to myself and avoid talking to anyone. Breathing in and out and accepting that whatever gave me the bad mood is done and finished. It helps me find my balance. Then after a while I'll be back to normal.
