I would suggest no one buy this piece of trash right now. Set to a static IP and then lose access to a 600 dollar investment. Now I realize it's a toy but imagine you set your Android phone to use a static IP and then you couldn't access it without rooting and all that BS.
Then imagine the links the company gives you are just files and no instructions or anything. I can't wait for samsung to drive these hacks out of business.
Does anyone have instructions. There are 3 different firmware downloads for the v9 on their site and none of them are the same. It's been sitting here a week n a half and I am just about ready to file a chargeback and throw it in the dumpster. Completely insane.
Do I need to use the diskimager program and write the s2s4 image? It would appear so as that is in their tools and instructions downloads but who knows.

Wallet no worky here either even after deleting appdata stuff. I really wonder if ANY of these devs actually test anything before they release it. Every single new coin I've mined from this site has issues.
I got mad and walked away. Came back 20 min later and the wallet was synced. Try opening it and walking away.

Are there anyways to solo mine? I've found a number of blocks so far and would have actually made 40% more which is quite a bit in my opinion.

I urge you to be careful with this coin. I pointed a miner and used MEW. Everything is 404ing and MEW has a balance of 0 despite the pool having already paid out some coins. What really sucks is the pool starts to pay out faster and I have no idea if the coins are making it to my own wallet.

I wouldn't use altminer.net. I pointed a card there hours ago and it doesn't even find my address for a pending balance. For me that's complete incompetence in 2018. I switched to masterhash and had an update in under 1 min.
I think I read things right but we need 20k for a masternode correct?

Are there any pools or is this just Solo CPU mining? Is it possible to use GPU at all?

Looks like some progress is being made. I see pools finally having stats synced. Blocks times and payouts are starting to stabilize again. In the early AM it was all over the place.

The windows wallet will not sync and is throwing tons of Transaction Verification impossible errors. Block 370, 340, and 330 remaining are the ones that aren't working. Anyone else having issues?
Can the dev tell us what is going on and what makes a block do what just happened? What's the solution even? I am actually kinda curious.

Hey all, I know there's a TurtleCoin Xbox One miner in the works, but in the meantime, I've already been working on my own Monero CPU miner for the Xbox One. In it's current state, it's basically a UWP app written in HTML and JS, using CoinHive for mining. Originally I tried mining with CoinHive in the Xbox One Edge browser, but that proved to be wholly inefficient. I'm hoping that as a UWP app, it should run more natively than through the browser, unless I've totally misunderstood how JS in UWP works. But anyways, it's still CPU only and probably won't ever be as efficient as a pure native miner. That being said, if anyone wants to use it or try it out on their Xbox One's, let me know. It still needs a bit more work and I haven't fully tested it yet for the Xbox at the time of writing, but hopefully I'll be able to get an open source Xbox Miner out there for people to use until better miners are available.
When my Xbox Mining software is closer to being ready for distribution, I'll start a new thread for it. But for now, just gonna leave info about it here.
You don't allow PMs so I'll just ask my questions here. What hardware access do you have when developing on the X1? Do you have 100% GPU/CPU access or is it still limited? I am very much interested in devving on ths. |

I thought I'd add in my opinion. I used this a few weeks so I could see if their payouts and calculator were correct and this is what I found.
Every single coin I mined with this site was under HALF what I should have have gotten. Take bytecoin for example. I was mining it when you could get thousands a day very easily with AMD cards. Their payout was in the 100s and that was with PPLNS on every coin that offered it with more than 48 hours of mining to stabilize. The numbers are so off it's insulting. Doubly so when I moved over to another pool and received MORE than MG was saying.
It's a really cool idea that comes at the expense of the owners robbing you. If you are just starting this might be an option but realize this company is preying on those exact people to rip them off. Get yourselves onto a real pool and real miners as soon as you can.

Hi everyone! Does anyone have links to the original developers wallet? I searched around a bit online but was not able to locate it.
Also, if my coins are in the middle of a stake session will I lose them if they find a way to fork?
I am thinking if we ignore this current developer entirely we can keep this community together.

which phase of the roadmap are you? do you have any working application in place?
As far as I understood at the moment, the AI on which the entire platform is based is still in the stage of self-learning. I would certainly hope so with those numbers. Some of my algorithms are in pre-alpha and have much better accuracy. I am also bothered by the sheer slowless of the AI learning. Still, I think I am in on this. The project seems cool, just very misguided. Worst case is is I'll have a feel good platform to compare to lol |

LOL amazing. Well at least we know the strongarm community is where it's at. That makes it worth 1sat alone :p I do hope the dev responds though. This is just Bitcoin forum. Twitter and Discord, Telegram combined have the possibility to crash the devs work if they don't watch it. Don't bite the hand that feeds you as they say. In seriousness just extend high yield staking x days due to wallet issues and I'll shush. It looks like the coin needs it anyways tbh. |
