Parking question:
When a parking has finished, is it an automatic system that handles payments or does this need verification from a person? I ask because last weekend I had a pending/locked amount for approx 10 hours, and now I again have 2 pending payments? After I wrote here on the forum a few other people mentioned that they had same issues, so I wonder if I'm the only one this time?
Payment is automatic. If it is something delay with payments simply wait a little bit. MNX team will sort it as soon as possible.
I have no doubt that they will, they did 3 days ago.... But you should avoid the use terms like "a little bit" and "soon as possible" because these terms are not comforting they are actually more discomforting as they do not provide an actual answer.
I have 48 completed parkings by now, the one this weekend was the first to halt on pending and now there is 2 more halting, so...... I why I wonder is something is wrong, something has changed, is the bank reserving enough for the interest they offer, I could continue but I don't think this is a unhealthy course
This issue was also sent to the team email address, and they responded REALLY quickly that they would check parkings in bank, so I hope that this is fixed soon
