Dangerous is only not to invest in Bitcoin and altcoins. Because this is the future, which will bring a lot for everybody involved. It just started and dangerous is only to by out of it  

Of course it depens on laws of your country. But it can be just exchange office server, which sends FIAT money for your BTC to any bank account. This is something what we all need. Like this we could send payment to anybody without exchanging BTC to bank account.
It is legaly the same like to pay in e-shop by BTC. And this works already.

Bitcoin is nice investment by itself, isn't it. Or I recommend to buy few of promising alt coins like IOTA, Utrast, Cardano, DeepBrain, and whatever you chose and like. Some has amassing potncial of growth. But you have to do a homework and research a little bit
