0.25 transaction fee seems pretty high IMO. I would imagine if the currency is $1000 a transaction would cost $2.50... I mean better price than Bitcoin but still pretty high.

If I had to choose one at this point I'd choose gold. Bitcoin is still in beta and can have bad actors mess with it.

Gold is physical and you hold it in your hand.

I think Bitcoin is an up and coming software that will beat out gold in the long run.
