For those with withdrawals missing like me since early Jan, I got a follow up from cryptopia!:

After inspection of your account I can see that the transaction has not been successfully broadcast to the network on the first try and needs manual reprocessing. I definitely agree with the person above ^^^, however my "lost" withdrawal came immediately after a 2 BIS transfer test was successful.  The only difference was I put a note "test" on the test one that succeeded.  No note on the much larger second withdrawal which has disappeared apparently and I'm not too happy about.

Pretty frustrated with the Web wallet right now.

I can access my web wallet, but then this:

• Sent 2 BIS in a test and it successfully showed up in my wallet about a day later.
• then sent a larger amount of BIS from cryptopia to the same exact address, but after several days I still don't see it in my Wallet. Same exact send address, only difference is the amount and I didn't add any "note" when submitting withdrawal on cryptopia
• On cryptopia the transaction says it was on 1/5 and my balances are depleted with no other withdrawals besides the one I'm still waiting for listed, so I did not get hacked or anything.
