just a quick question: is it possible to deposit 4x 0.001 BTC in single transactions in one mix session to the same deposit address and receive one 0.004 BTC chip then? or has it to be 0.004 btc in one transaction in order to get a chip?

well i dont know i was always and still am quite satisfied with their service mayber you shoudl use their support center http://support.stakeunited.com/ it seems to me like you are/were still using their oldsite? it was discontinued as they frequently announced. I just opened a ticket for you . i told them that "cichinero" guy is having a log in issue. mine was solved pretty quick in the past (received a PW reset email asap)

just want to say. thanks everytrhing is fine again!  but it was a little shock. but gave this guys a little tip now for their awesome service! 

i still wont use them until the issues are fixed! and just read the above please. no one had issues on the 6th of july. issues started at the evening of the 8th!

I really love their service so far. best pool around using them for 6 months already  

same here... and unfortunately it was the first "bigger" transaction.   every small one  before went through without any problems. DONT USE THIS SERVICE UNTIL THE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED!!!
