Correct.  There is no LAN activity at all on the device.  The OS is not booting.  Red light on back just blinks and the only green light that is lit and blinking is on the NIC, but there is no traffic going over the wire.  I'm pretty sure the firmware went terribly wrong.  After clicking to flash the device, I walked away and when I came back I had page not found in the browser.

After repeated emails, still haven't heard back from Bitmain.

I did the same thing and haven't got a reply yet either.  They are usually pretty good about getting back to their customers.

Unfortunately I upgraded the firmware and have gotten the same result.  System won't boot.  Red light blinks every second and green light on ethernet blinks in bursts.  Factory reset did nothing.  Neither did moving the cables..which was a long shot.  I think the firmware update bricked the unit.

I have been mining for about a month now with Cryptsy and its been painful.  The site has significant issues lag issues with withdrawal, deposits and trades.  Depending on the time of day, its virtually impossible to get anything done.  Right now the exchange won't even allow me to log in.  Keeps throwing and error and then redirecting me back to the home page.  Atheistically, its one of the best, if not the best that I have seen, but the continuing problems, lack of communication of issues and non-existent support response is leading me to search for another exchange.  It was and is a great design, but the execution has been horrendous.  Hope this helps others who are thinking of signing up.
