1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: UNI coin is the next BNB. ? on: January 27, 2021, 11:13:11 AM
what do you thing about UNI coin IF they surpass bnb after rising from 3$ TO 13$ give me your opinion
To be completely honest - I don't think UNI will become next BNB, simply because BNB itself is not going anywhere.
UNI may become a way stronger competitor to BNB as it shows signs of bull run and service itself is thriving for the last year.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: December 01, 2020, 04:55:02 AM
When up-and-coming DEXs become more convenient than Binance...
I think the days of centralized figureheads acting as gatekeepers are numbered.
Thats quite strange you didn't include uniswap in the list - the only dex exchange that actually beated binance once and still remains in top10 of exchanges overall both cex and dex.
Its only a matter of time before dex takes over the market
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the duck is btc at 13.526,98 USD ? on: October 31, 2020, 01:18:51 PM
Why the duck is btc at 13.526,98 USD ?
I honestly just don't understand bitcoin as a financial instrument/asset ,all financial books tell me that i should never buy bitcoin ..bitcoin it's mind f...king
How is it possible ? ( beside whales pumping the price )
I don't understand either. I'd see any point of that action if whole crypto market would rise, but its literally only bitcoin and maybe a cople more.
No big news occured lately either, strange stuff
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Tether.to/USDT? on: September 22, 2020, 07:16:33 AM
Hi everyone,
I'm just wondering about people's opinions on how safe is Tether.to/USDT? In terms of putting largish amount of money in there ($10k+), what is the risk of the service going out of business, or not honoring withdrawals? I.e. what is the risk of another Mt Gox, Mintpal or Cryptsy incident on here?
In long term Tether is pretty unpredictable, there are both good reviews and rumors around it.
I believe you can safely put any amount in it for a year at least, but I still would keep an eye on it and news about the company.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No hype is good on: September 07, 2020, 11:50:14 AM
The hype is always risky who doesn't have any idea about the crypto market. Even sometimes I don't take steps if the hype is running. Now Defi is on hype and I am afraid of defi hype. I always try to make more research than before. Because So many Scam defi project already came into the market. And trading defi slowly. Every trader should carefull beacuse of scam project.
Yeah, and even scarier fact that if you even manage to find definitely-not-a-scam project you still can't be sure that hype will be there long enough for you to get profit.
I always ask myself - what if I'm investing in something that is similar to btc on $17k level.
Thats mostly the scariest mistake that I as investor can make.
6  Other / Off-topic / Re: Free Internet from Elon Musk on: August 24, 2020, 08:50:42 AM
What do you think about the new free Internet from Elon Musk? Is it true that you can connect to it for free? Or maybe we need to buy special equipment to catch the Internet from its satellites?
I don't know if it is possible in current state of earth orbit being polluted with satellites.
So the main idea of Elon was to fill whole orbit with satellites that receive and send information worldwide for free, but this is only possible if there is room for such huge amount of them.
I would be surprised if he'll manage to do this in a good way, of course.
I guess in order to connect with it you'll have to buy sort of antenna (if you don't have one in your house)
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy restart big Boom and prosperity Coming on: August 11, 2020, 07:41:03 AM
There will be a lot new Capital in world.
There will be a lot of new debt created in the world.
https://www.usdebtclock.org/world-debt-clock.html
You're welcome.
I'm really afraid that debt and loans will hit crypto market as well, and all signs tells me that its only a matter of time before there will be a giant debt bubble inside of crypto market.
What a scary time we live in - we all pretend all good until everything will blowup
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree with the experts? on: August 01, 2020, 06:30:27 AM
corona has affected  the economics globally  but has also dampened the growth of crypto-currencies. Until the dreadful disease get wholly wiped off, it is not possible to see any improvement in the crypto market.
Various experts are constantly monitoring the market and saying this. I agree with them.
What do you think about this? Do you also monitor the market?
I do monitor the market constantly so I have the idea of what you're talking about.
And I won't agree on this one, crypto market wasn't affected negatively that much, on the other hand it was boosted a lot by stimulus checks of people who invested them in crypto.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dont sell off because of the period on: July 26, 2020, 03:48:42 PM
I understand that investing in something more promising -bitcoin for example- is productive, but rather than, selling off just invest in it with available raw capital.
the guy had a great point at the moment. Now I'd say if you bought something then - hold it, if you didn't - then wait a bit, price will lower a bit soon
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Privacy Coins and The Shadow Economy on: July 08, 2020, 03:37:02 PM
Privacy coins are like the golden child of the crypto ecosystem because they give real liberty from tyranny of some Government and corporations. The advent of government controlled centralized exchanges have wiped-off the initial anonymity earlier provided by crypto in general. Privacy coins should be protected for the very fact that they offer protection to users against undue restrictions.
but op says that if crypto is going to replace current fiat banking system - privacy coins are going to adopt all shadow economy of fiat so they're going to seem "dirtier" than they are now
I don't see how crypto can prevent such actions, perhaps it is build upon a basement of total trust to people
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: this year bitcoin is growing? on: June 30, 2020, 01:01:51 PM
Here OP if you wanna believe bitcoin is a good investment and profitable currency then never mind crush drop price. Because bitcoin price never stable and we couldn't know the future movement. Every year we can see bitcoin price much to volatile like you should back 2017 last and after 2018 chart. Therefore i would like to say first thinking never invest in bitcoin without your own skills.
Yeah thats the main reason a lot of people think crypto is some sort of scam - you can gain a lot of money, you can lose same amount.
But basically its like hardcore mode of stonks trading, less predictable and less known
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Is global adoption of Bitcoin possible post-Covid? on: June 25, 2020, 08:08:34 PM
I don't really see how Bitcoin is supposed to be related to these. I mean, the said events by OP doesn't necessarily put Bitcoin above fiat nor does it put Bitcoin as something that should be used instead of fiat. It more like presents the problems that the government is currently facing with regards to the economy, specifically talking about the inflation problems that may occur if they keep printing out money after money. Besides, the problem stays the same, Bitcoin isn't that well known, maybe even >1% actually even see Bitcoin as a currency. The majority see Bitcoin as an investment of sorts, and as such, adoption post-Covid? Maybe even after another decade, adoption wouldn't be seen as possible.
Thats a misconception actually. Bitcoin could be a currency a decade earlier when transaction time and fees were way way lower than they are now.
So fast forward one decade later Bitcoin will be even bulkier and heavier and won't be used as a currency for sure.
We should bet on some alts with possibility to handle this role, like ETH XMR TXZ and others, those are my personal favorites
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Even More Evidence of Coronavirus as Financial Reset on: June 09, 2020, 09:15:51 AM
I am trying to think but I can't understand, why?? I'm kidding.
Anyways, the reasoning behind this IMO is anything related to money or power. If they somehow have this financial reset, it could kickstart some projects in different parts of the world and the one who benefits from it the most is probably the one who is orchestrating this so-called "reset".
Maybe those fraudulent extents towards the public, to make the masses feel comfortable but the truth is still important IMO.
Perhaps, its just a bunch of unrealistically rich people which just did this "reset" right after they sold every coin/token/asset/stock out there, then waited for big march dump and re-bought everything. No start-up or other business needed to make profit from this "reset"
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your help guys! on: May 29, 2020, 03:58:38 PM
if you are given a dream to make a big profit on a project then stay away !,
do not carelessly follow it, make sure everything is clear, it is very difficult to analyze it now
it is like one of the most important crypto precepts - do your own research on every step you make, every investment you do
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Which currency will dominate the crypto market? Please vote! on: May 14, 2020, 06:59:08 AM
for me, Bitcoin is a King, lead the cryptocurrencies market. And you also see that, only Bitcoin is "real decentralized", nobody can control it and transparency
I agree with you that even though all other currencies in the crypto market are controlled no one can control Bitcoin. Bitcoin tops the list We will definitely go with Bitcoin too but Ethereum's position is much better like Bitcoin's. This is the price increases depending on the conditions of the market No one can control.
I'd add that Ethereum's position is much better than bitcoin's actually.
Because bitcoin is slowly going out of date with non updated technologies inside of it.
On the other hand ethereum is constantly being updated and reworked and improved in all senses, so it got much more chances to live through this decade
16  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: NEED an exchange with USDT !!! on: May 06, 2020, 05:30:25 PM
You can try out bitfinex, since they're basically same company as tether they should have one of the smallest fees on /USDT pairs out there (idk about that for sure).
They have API that you can use for trading afaik, and I haven't heard anything bad about their security
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dont sell off because of the period on: April 30, 2020, 07:43:50 PM
For those that bought some coins few months back should be thinking of taking profit. Some coins have seen significant increase recently. It is always good to set target of taking profit.
I would definitely recommend to take profit at least for some of the alts if their volatile. But I myself will hold on the most stable ones like eth or ltc
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: April 20, 2020, 02:27:07 PM
ethereum is one of the favorite cause the project behind it really great
I love both the project and the token really much
And have tons of faith in the future of the project too
With this eth2.0 testnet started I understood how close it is to release now
19  Economy / Economics / Re: harmonization of fiat and crypto on: April 07, 2020, 11:35:35 AM
I don't think Fiat will ever be destroyed because the world becomes digital Fiat will remain because it is But the mixture of fiat and crypto isn't an equivalent Some differences exist between the 2 But the virus features a detrimental effect on the 2. The crypto market has grown tons since then But Fiat is slowing down day by day. it's under the control of the govt and it improves with the economy of the country But crypto has nothing to try to to with the virus or the economy of the country.
there are high chances that we won't see fiat same as it is right now in the next decade.
however I do not believe it will be btc or eth or whatever there is on top of cmc right now.
It will be digital govs backed financial instrument, basically d-usd.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: April 01, 2020, 08:40:09 AM
For the people in this community that understand spanish, I wanted to share this video I created yesterday comparing the current situation with the different crisis we had in the last 100 years
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs5Yyvih14M&list=PLz_NVO61eqw70kA4Z9z854OoyibpDpOuq&index=2

Do you think it will be uglier than the others?
All feedback is welcome to keep improving!
the current situtation is different from other crisis we've had back then.
Because now we are in the good position economically, but we just have to stop everyone from working which will lead to huge debts and companies falling apart, govs incur losses.
We'll have to work it out hard in several month
