Bitcoin is very business friendly, This is because all Bitcoin transactions are visible on the blockchain. Businesses love this feature of Bitcoin, not to mention that chargebacks are impossible. If they're concerned about volality, they can instantly convert the BTC to cash via Coinbase or another service. and I'm still surprised at how few businesses realize all the benefits that BTC offers.

Dont think it will happen because of its mass scale adoption acros the world and pretty much everyone heard about it.Yes bitcoin have problems with transaction fees and time of it but eth isnt really much better,thing that people are forgeting that btc isnt over with improvment for example lighting network should be up this year for btc

That's a very good idea but i think it is too early to start saving for your future family. It still a long period from now to that day so stock the bitcoin you make for yourself now and realise your desires first. Besides, you never know what will happen in the coming years and what state will bitcoin be in so take advantage of it now and leave the long future goals for now.

Ethereum for me have high possibility of overtaking Bitcoin but I find it hard to happen next year. Maybe earliest late 2018 but still I doubt it. Lightning Network is possible for Bitcoin in 2018 so that will delay Ethereum ambitions.
