I hope your moto about quality of service is not just words but actually means something.....

I've been trying to withdraw XRP since 25th Dec with no luck.  I keep getting "Error 10325: Need to confirm the email".  I brought this issue to your attention on numerous occasions and have not received any reply.  Can you please unblock my account so I can make withdrawal?
I trust in your professionalism and integrity and hope you can address this issue at your earliest convenience!!!
