They gave mi Transaction ID, but it can't be found in blockchain explorer. How is this possible? May be they gave me fake Transaction ID?

Hi, do you have something new with Coinapult? I have the same problem with them. I am waiting about 2 weeks now and my BTC withdraw is still processing. And I can't find this transaction on blockchain.
