Dear Friends,
A transaction of Rs. 10000 is failed to deposit from IDBI Bank to Koinex. The amount has been debited from my IDBI Bank Account, However, I did not received it in my Koinex account. Does anybody have the same experience??

As usual Team Koinex is deaf right now.... and not replying to my queries. Please help me out... what to do now?
