backup your wallet.dat, delete everything else in the %appdata% folder and download the blockchain from a couple of posts earlier.
sync your wallet, delete new wallet.dat and replace with backup.

Thanks for reply. I my hempcoins wasn't credited yet. Should I do backup it anyway?
