My bot's last transaction has been made nearly the same time as yours. I'm running aggressive settings

That is a great (very professional) looking chart  Wink! Too bad the robot will have done away most all of my bitcoin by then....Notice how i said bitcoin; I started with 3.35 BTC now have less than one! The robot failed to save much of my profits during the previous dip, as you claimed it should. Instead the robot failed to even run during the crash...everything was going down and the robot seemed to freeze up like it does during times of high volatility (I have been monitoring my robot daily for 4 months now, I can tell when it is and isn't working).

So hopefully I still have some BTC by the time of your predicted rise, but I am making the assumption that I will. Im sure the robot will wait till it has risen most of the way to buy in though! lol. My story matches with a lot of other customers in this thread as well I can see.

The risk was all mine to take though, and this time it (the robot) has simply just been a failure! Just remember, I was one of BTC Robots first customers (since aug 14, 2013) and if you look at my previous posts I had nothing but good to say about it!

Exactly! I couldn't write it better. I also didn't find it TRUE that robot is able to protect investment during price fall.

I'm wondering whether is possible to track down what journey our bitcoins went for after being sold for low price with BTCrobot. Is there anyone capable of doing this kind of dive and bring up some info?

Test your shit. Like in a lab or something. We the consumer and end user actually have to PAY to use your crap. Assuming its actually going to work. Please stop using me as a lab rat AND taking my money. If you want me to test your product for you....PAY ME or give it to me for free.

Why BTCRobot cannot take full responsibility for their product and compensate its' paid members (customers and investors in the same time) for any bugs/mistakes on your side? I really do not understand why you want to have unsatisfied customers at all...

guys i am planning to buy this. can you guys tell me is it real or a scam. and i can i make a profit out of it?

You should read few last pages of this thread and be extremely careful about your further actions. Unfortunately I cannot exit with refund as I use robot for more than 60 days, which were actually problem-less and I saw the profit value raising.
Then it went to troubles, robot get restarted, all progress deleted, no compensation for lost profits caused with provider of this payed service and highly unprofessional attitude. Bot is unstable, keeps switching off without any notice and for no reason. Support is silent about
It's my experience.

I haven't read here anyone with positive feedback, except insiders, who are probably benefiting from propaganda.

Next email:
Robot is again inactive!
Why do you keep switching it off?
It suppose to be fully automat, does it?
So what was the reason for me to pay for golden licence, when it is not up and running?
What is the meaning of having payed VPS, when it is off?

I am awaiting explanation and I am very disappointed with the service you provide!

has your bot been working at all today? Mine has just been sitting there. Wont even update my balance

Last operations
Time   Type   Amount   Price
15:26   Open Trade
15:26   buy   0.011   957.10
14:48   buy   0.012   963.77
04:18   sell   0.011   961.00
03:18   sell   0.011   950.00

Doesn't look like...

Though they are keen to send emails about successful stories. This part of support obviously does work perfectly and is always on time.

I also had that issue last night. When I logged in the bot was set to inactive...i enabled it, hit save. Few hours later inactive again. Turned it back on and it has been active since.

I realize this is supposed to be hands free but what if we don't notice this. Would it switch back on automatically?

This is what happen to me as well, I went to check the robot and it was inactive. No manual interaction from my side. It was just off.

I wrote to support:
"could you please explain why was my robot inactive? who switched it off? and why?

I switched it back a minute ago.

To be honest about this I DO NOT LIKE IT!

What are you following with this? :-("

Anna Pavlova's reply:
Hi
Your robot is on and working correctly

This is example of email conversation I was mentioning in my experience few posts above.

I really don't know what's wrong with support, is it hard to answer a simple question?

Eurobitcoin: What is your role in this business? What would you do in my position? How can I get my lost profits back? I didn't pay for reading bullshit all the time. It's not funny any more.

Hi, I also would like to contribute with some personal experiences with btcrobot and with it's customer support.

I bought robot in september [gold] and set it up right after I got credentials and pair it with btc-e.
I let it live on it's own, sometime switch modes from medium to aggressive and back.

Everything was ok but on nov 15 problems started to queue up.
I went to check robot and it was inactive. No manual interaction, why should I do it anyway.

I reported this immediately, but was slapped with avoiding answers on my direct questions and random crap, based on not reading and understanding my report in emails. It was not possible to bring bot to active mode by following provided instruction.
Then I got reply about my robot being reinstalled and therefore clearing all it's history and profits.
My demand on restore and compensation of lost profits passed by ignored.

I was pissed and angry, and imagine receiving emails how trades are doing well, and how robot makes profits and all this shiny graphs. I was left ignored and uninformed, just like that. Btw all this was happening when BTC jumped from ~300 to ~900 bucks so you can imagine better what I was experiencing as customer, who payed for toy to be played with, but could only watch it from behind the glass... loosing profits and being powerless in the same time

I did wrote a couple of emails to support, requesting action and updates regarding this issue, but I was not very satisfied with their treatment. I will definitely not mark it as professional approach.

On nov 24 I went to check if anything changed, I logged in and surprisingly I was able to bring bot online. Finaly after 7 days of nothing, it was able to trade. Why I was not informed about it being fixed nobody knows. What went wrong or any report explaining whatsoever... nothing.
It just start to work and that's it.

I was happy about it working, anyway I was still in demand of compensation of lost profit, which was not met with success neither understanding.

Later after few more email my claim was declaimed blaming unavoidable technical issues or something like that. Just to keep me off from spamming their mail box I recon.

So this is my personal experience with btcrobot and their support.

Anyway it's now up and running, but it loose a lot of its credibility in my eyes. And I feel like I was tricked or robbed if you know what I mean.

Take whatever you want out of my experience. At least you will be prepared more on what to expect, when dealing with BTCRobot.

donations wellcomed Smiley
