Obviously,because there is no limitations on using bitcoin. So criminal can easily use it.
I think there should be some restriction on using bitcoin.

I think its not possible at this moment but if it happen then it will take many years to implementation. I think also  that if any cryptocurrency replace fait money it will bitcoin.
