Look the way dev ignores investors I really dont like it anymore. After the free-trade on May, the price will drop again to prevent you from selling this coin, I hope their dev better than that. Or this just a scam, but I dont know why it does shutdown the website like their familiar coin (Unix coin).

Pretty sure they are waiting for btc to recover.
Otherwise they would shut down the website long before
Tey did nothingfor 4 weeks now, pretty sure they just abandoned it. that's definetely no solution what they do right now

the main participants show their activity, they sit day and night in a discord, do not sleep at night .. earn levels
I can't think of anything more useless than that.

Yes, you should spend on the Discord chat only the a reasonable quantity of time. To sacrifice your life on a chat just to get a few coins more is silly, since it is much more convenient to buy them on the exchange while they are so cheap.

Yes,  you are right but there is nothing wrong on chatting in Discord group since through this, members could interact with each other and build a better community.  We are promoting Proof of Community, anyway.  Smiley

This is true as long as you do it out of sincere pleasure in being part of the community. But I guess some stay theere all their time just to rank up for the airdrop, and after that they've spend there 100 hours they will gain more coins, for a total increased value of perhaps 5$.
I agree, thisAD is definetely designed for unemployed people. I don't really support that logic either
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HextraCoin Cryptocurrency ICO Live Now !! on: February 03, 2018, 02:16:00 PM

Most people did their Lending at prices of $20-30 and bought back coins with the interest around the $5 level so I think Hextra is pretty screwed right now. I lent 8 Coins and have 31 coins back right now without even getting my capital release. Hextra is losing big on that side. I think they have to give back ways more coins than they have so they only have 2 Options:

1. Buy Coins to be able to pay people out

2. Exit scam

Guess what's more likely to happen

While I believe that we are facing the inevitable.... I think that if they were on an external,  they wouldnt have done this ridiculous manipulation.

They only need to delete the price manipulation and its fix the problem even if we still on internal exchange.
But hextra looks like hate their HXT priced so low

That would fix the problem for us, because we would get at least some money out. But Hextra would have to face a huge problem because once he price drops people can demand a lot of coins from them which they don't have. The concept of a lending platform is to manipulate the price up more than the interest. If someone lends 100 Coins at $10 per coin = $1000 and gets back $1600 at $100 per coin for example this person gave Hextra 100 coins but Hextra only gives 16 coins back so they have won 84 coins they can sell at the exchange again for BTC. If the system runs they just flip the coins on and on till it collapses. It's a smart system and Bitconnect played it well, Hextra is just horribly managed and people understood the trick.

Looks like an interesting airdrop and I'll join it. Juts trying to understand which are the exact features and roadmap of the coin though. Not too  much is explained. FOME reminds me of FOMO.
I'm still not sure if this is really a serious project or a social experiment to show the typical crypto investor behaviour
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HextraCoin Cryptocurrency ICO Live Now !! on: February 02, 2018, 11:24:12 PM
Who tried it? Lending model profitable?

It's not, as they only offer an internal exchange that doesn't work. So you CAN'T exchange your profits to BTC. (You have to convert USD to HXT first, but you CAN'T exchange to BTC to withdraw. Besides: withdraw doesn't work either)

So, the loan payouts are usually OK, although a better HXT value would help, but you are NEVER able to cash out/withdraw.
that's strange. Why I need this currency then, if I can't withdraw it?

You don't. You shouldn't invest here at this point. Withdrawals and the exchange worked relatively well until beginning on this year.
Unless BTC recovers, it's way to expensive for them to pay us all out.
Why would they depend on BTC? Their whole Business model is take your Hextra coins and give you hextra coins back after the lending period. They don't have to give you any BTC. You need to exchange your Hextracoins into BTC at your own risk

if BTC down, they need to give you more HXT coins which is why they manipulate the price right now.
maybe if people hold a lot of coins, they can dump or pump the price whenever they want and hextra doesnt want that.

BTC is growing back now. Let's see how it will affect Hextra, hope they will be able to reanimate internal exchange asap.

I just like to add that everyone that entered the 2nd airdrop got at least 300 F0mes. If anyone says otherwise they are lying

Yeah the 2nd round went ways better than AD1. I still don't approve the distribution System
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HextraCoin Cryptocurrency ICO Live Now !! on: February 01, 2018, 11:19:52 PM

How do you see the buyer?

On the exchange page, there is a small list of sales history.  It used to change in seconds, now it holds 8-12 hours of history.   Its abandoned.  They never followed their roadmap, no mobile app, no staking, no external exchange, even that lottery popped up and disappeared without actually happening.

Sad times.

They fake the whole exchange statistics. The HXT amounts that are shown on the recent transactions have the same amounts everyday. The 24h revenue also shows 1 of 3 different amounts that are the same everyday. I think they just abandoned the platform and have a nice life with the ICO money
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HextraCoin Cryptocurrency ICO Live Now !! on: January 31, 2018, 08:01:08 PM
Okay.
My HXG is done and they really gives the HXG capital back.
I can convert it into HXT

Yay? If only we could sell it for BTC :/

I am still not sure if I should change it to HXT or just leave the loan amount.    IF the program is ever going to work again, they need to get rid of this ridiculous price fixing.

At this point, it doesn't really matter though. Both options give you the same result.
I just keep exchanging it, as one thing is for sure: due too the rediculous price fixing HXT is getting 10USD pricier every 10 days. So the cheaper, the better. You can't do USD to BTC anyway..
There is like one trade every 3 hours happening for $50 on the exchange. They fake the 24h revenue. What's happening there right now is just criminal
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HextraCoin Cryptocurrency ICO Live Now !! on: January 29, 2018, 03:56:36 PM

They don't need any "money" all they do in the lending program is taking a certain amount of Hextra coins and giving you back a certain amount of hextracoins later which is smaller when the price increases that's why they pull it up

They wouldnt need money, if we were on an external.  But since its internal, the cashout is from their exchange.

smartcrypto is correct Hextra has premined HXTs and they pay loans with them. No need for bitcoin. They keep the value of HXT artificially high so they donīt have to pay too many HXT to lenders...

But when you withdraw BTC, where does it come from?   It comes from Hextra's wallet.

Since you sell your HXT to other investors, not HXT, the BTC you received is the BTC deposited by other new investors.

The point is, its money in their hands, that they dont want to give to you.  If they put us on an external, we can just sell to others, and they wont have to give us money out of their pockets.
They don't give you their money. They just take your Hextracoins to lend them and give you hextra coins back when they return the money. If youdon't understand how the system works I recommend watching this video, that explains it pretty well

Come on man.  Keep the thought train going.

Hextra give you Hextra coins, then what happens.... you sell them.  If you can sell them, you with draw BTC.... where does that BtC come from?

The BTC comes from the new investor that bought them from you at the exchange. If Hextra would buy them people would be able to sell which they aren't at the moment because nobody is willing to invest in the platform at the prices they dictate right now

Hextracoin really does everything wrong that you can do wrong.I really wonder what kind of people are behind that platform.
Yeah, I have no idea what they are thinking with this price fixing.   Who wants to buy or loan, when you cant even sell your interest.  There are hundreds of other things they could have done, which would better than this price fixing.

I am not against price manipulation, but I am against it when its totally obvious.

Guess they are f**ked because btc is down so bad they dont have money to pay for HXG. They probably make excuse after excuse hoping btc is going to up again. By then all exchange will be back to normal

I love the donation system, ways more convenient as the classical ICO in my opinion. Keep the good work going, looking forward to learn more about the project

I'm happy to see an airdrop that actually seems to be one and not just a tarned bounty campaign. I'm eager to learn more about the project. Which exchanges will you target?

At the curren Hextracoin price the market cap is about 50 Million USD. At the end of January the 100k+ investors and the hextracoin gold investors will be able to withdraw their money (or not). I'm pretty confident that the amount that they should get in Hextracoin exceeds the market cap.  What do you think will happen? I can't really see serious investors buy the coin at the moment when hextracoin basically freezes everything. I wasn't able to convert my interest into coins, I guess they just ran out of coins.

Lol the current supply is 10m out of 29m coins. So theres now ay they run out of coins

Yeah but they don't have the left out 29m coins. These are created by the miners over time and the time is fixed. Hextracoin has about 350k Facebook followers if you would assume each of them has an average payment of $200 due at the end of January  (from Hextracoin Gold + Interest + 60 day loans made in November) that would sum up to 70 Million USD. So they would be screwed at the current price of 5 USD*10 Million Coins= 50 Million USD Market cap of all coins. With their price setting they will have a minimum price of 15 USD by then which translates to a market cap of 150 Million by then which means they could pay the investors in Hextracoins if they hold 50% of the total supply themselves by then. I don't really agree with their communist policy of dictating prices in a financial market.

It's nice to see a project that knows the difference between a bounty campaign and an airdrop. If you look to raise this project successfully you should have a closer look at the stuff you publish, there are quite some typos on the website.
