1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Prominerz.com is Scamming on: August 09, 2021, 09:42:41 PM
You would figure asicminervalue would be a little more hardcore when it comes to recommendations. I had no idea they had so many problem companies listed there. They have zero credibility to me now. At least I got them to remove Prominerz dot com. The fact Prominerz does not care that I started a website, Prominerzscam dot com, and does not even try to defend themselves is insane. They are reading these posts. Hope I saved someone from getting scammed by them. I will keep doing my homework on them until I find something. My guess is they are already working on the next scam website.

Sorry for the late reply guys. I ended up figuring out the problem. PSU was good. I been mining with FPGA's so the BTC miners are a bit new to me. Ended up being a firmware problem. Thanks for the replies. Smiley

I noticed the scammers Prominerz dot com website is back up and running. they were down for a few days. Probably changing hosts as I let their old host know they were scamming. I offered these guys to take down the website I built, Prominerzscam dot com if they actually deliver what I ordered. Still, not a single response from them in months. They literally don't care that there is a website, that will soon compete with their domain name because I will make sure of it, calling them out. You figure they would just want it (and me) to go away. I believe they are on their last hurrah of scamming under that website name. They are probably already working on the next scam. I'm guessing they are reading this thread. They don't have the stones to come defend themselves because they ARE some scammers. They would have proven me wrong and made it known if they were not. I will figure out who is behind it. They always leave a trail. I been following the crumbs.....
4  Bitcoin / Mining support / Is my S17+ PSU toast? on: August 03, 2021, 01:30:18 AM
I have an S17+ that will power up and all fans work on both the PSU and the miner. It will get me to the antminer interface. No hash boards show up at all. When I measure the voltage at the buss bars that connect to the PSU and the hash boards, I get no voltage. I tried another controller and get the same thing, no voltage between the two big buss bars. Shouldn't I be getting 14-21V at those bars?

Thanks for the kind words. I took your advice and removed the ticket number from here. AsicMinerValue just removed them because I took a screenshot of their page with Prominerz still on there earlier in the day. They must have finally looked into it. I contacted them weeks ago with no reply. Sucks it took them so long but at least the scammers aren't on there at this moment. Good catch. Thank you. Hope I helped someone avoid these guys.

-snip-
I am also trying to force AsicMinerValue to acknowledge how horrible you treat people and do not deliver nor answer them.

Sorry for the loss that befell you.
This is not their official support board and Prominerz.com account has been inactive for a long time, so I don't think they will answer you here. Also, be careful when sharing sensitive data anywhere including ticket numbers, it can trigger other people (impersonators) to claim your losses or pretend to be support to blackmail you further.
I don't know if the asicminervalue site is credible enough or not, but I don't even see prominerz listed there (seems to be delisted at the moment).

You have scammed me $2900. Your support ticket system locked me out after sending in a ticket. Your support@prominerz.com is a garbage email that gets no responses. I had to find and email on this board and reddit, Lara | Prominerz <wyoeAdd9Bk@trengomail.com> to get a reply that told me absolutely nothing about my order or its status!!! I have tried for months to get an answer on my order for my A6+ miner. You have done nothing but ignore me. I started a website, prominerzscam.com that I will continue to build on and include others who have gotten scammed. I would hope you will make this right and send me what i paid for or refund me. Then i will remove the website and any negative post and review i have left. But i doubt you will even answer me!!!! I am also trying to force AsicMinerValue to acknowledge how horrible you treat people and do not deliver nor answer them. Your reviews on TrustPilot, reddit, etc are just stacking up and all negative. If you care about your business, repuatation and customers, you will make this right immediately!!!
You know how to reach me as I've emailed and sent many tickets that you ignore! Let's fix this mess and I will have no problem telling the whole world you did the right thing. But at this point, my guess is you will not even reply nor care to make it right. I also contacted Coinbase since i used them to pay you. I have the case information on that if you are interested. I will not stop until you either deliver, refund or are shut down. My intention is not to hurt your business. It's to simply get what i paid for!!!!
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Prominerz.com is Scamming on: July 30, 2021, 11:44:22 PM
Prominerz.com has scammed me on an A6+ miner. Sent payment on 5/30/2021. Their support emails don't work. Once you use their ticket system for support, they lock you out!
I was able to get a single reply a month ago from the following email address: wyoeAdd9Bk@trengomail.com that I found both here and on reddit with the following generic reply:

"We know how delayed the process has been for the delivery of your order, we are in the process of providing you with the necessary information and being able to complete your order. We ask a thousand apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Lara"

After nearly two months of being ignored, I started a website: http://prominerzscam.com

I told them i would have no problem taking it down and apologizing if they indeed send my unit or refund me. They simply do not care. Why? Because they are getting a ton of traffic through AsicMinerValue.com who actually has they listed as a "Tested" website. I cannot believe AsicMinerValue does not take this seriously!!! I will never trust them again. They have the power to contact Prominerz and get answers but they do nothing. Perhaps part of the scam?

I also noticed in the last few months, there have been several others scammed by this company. Hopefully my post stops someone else from getting scammed. Stay away from this company.
My offer STILL stands. Deliver my goods ordered or refund me and I will remove my negative posts, reviews and the website I created. But judging by some of the comments I've seen from them on this forum, they don't care as long as AsicMinerValue keeps sending them traffic and sales. Prominerz.com needs to be shut down or make it right with people!

Sorry for my rant but hopefully I can save someone from the same misery they are putting me through.

I ordered from you guys TWO MONTHS ago and can get no help or answers as to where my miner is!!!! I see you on here defending your company's practices but yet you answer no emails! I literally had to contact Coinbase since i used them to pay you. I've only gotten a BS reply from someone calling themselves "Lara" and now no one answers my emails and low and behold, your ticket system does not work and allow me to login!!!! Can I get some help? I am trying to avoid posting negative reviews but i will post about this horrible experience everywhere I can if you do not deliver what i ordered! I cannot believe you operate a company in this manner!!!! Order number: 8478. Please reach out to me so we can settle this. I am so pissed off i am literally ready to make a website explaining my whole experience so it will pop up in search engines! I'm sure Coinbase will be reaching out to you soon also! Make this right!
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [GUIDE][TUTORIAL][XMR,ETH,ETN]How To Mod Bios RX470/570/480/580 VEGA Mining 💰 on: January 21, 2018, 02:25:46 PM

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Should I try solo mining? Extreme NEWB here on: January 14, 2018, 03:01:22 PM
I just started trying out mining a few days ago. I'm getting about 60MH rate mining Ellaism in a pool. Earned 7.5 coins so far. In my pool stats, it says I have found 3 blocks in the couple days I've been mining. To my understanding, each block would be about 5 coins? So I would have closer to 15 coins if I solo mined. Should I be trying to solo mine or am I overthinking things?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
