Our taxes are what the government uses for projects, programs and any development of the town or country. So if you have corrupt officials the taxes will be possibly used in other agenda.

That's unevitable because in a bunch of tomato there is one that is already rotten. The rotten will affect the many. Corruption not just in a form of money but also  in services.

I'll go for positive approach. They said whatever happens always think positive. Positive thinking can lead you away from depression and feeling of failure and emptiness. Most of the times positive approach results to success.

Im not into painting..but i witnessed some friends, it really do, this is their way of releasing their stresses and pressures. Into painting they can also express their emotion. I admire people who know how to paint because my child has the talent for painting..very inspiring.
