Nod, have you abandoned the pool?
I realize you have a personal life, but it has been weeks since you have commented.

Can't even log in anymore... what's going on?
|
|

I just scheduled a manual payment the other day (1/21) for 114k. I get a payment for 40k and mysteriously the rest is lost from my account. If I look in transaction history and add up the credits, it totals the 114k I submitted for manual payment.
What happened? Can you please look into and fix this. I appreciate your pool and everything you've done. I'm sure you'll figure it out.
Thanks!

Wow, up to almost 100% K/H : WU ratio. Nice vardiff! Rejects down now, too. Nice server.

I don't think I can mine this pool overnight or early morning anymore.
I constantly get disconnects from the pool (ddos maybe?) and it would appear I'm not the only one, because overnight the pool finds very few blocks. Rounds become 1000%+ because so many shares get dropped.
Do you have any idea what's going on with the server during these hours? (roughly 8-10 hours ago till now)
EDIT: Maybe it's an orphaned block or missing chain information holding up the payouts and just needs to be fixed in the morning?

we are working on it..but its hard to set this ip...on working pool ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) A working pool for dogecoin is a feat in itself at this point. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

Any way to get vardiff set, or manually set difficulty? Not that I mind 16 difficulty, but probably result in larger amount of rejects than if I could get it to a few hundred.
Is difficulty settable?

No problem ! Fixed the bug (I think), and set the Fee to 0% ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ! Just give it a try if you want. I've been mining with you since day 1 so I have 0% fee anyways ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) . I'll give it a look. I hope it's stable again, pplns is the way to go. EDIT: Still getting a significant number of disconnects. EDIT2: Seems to be working now. No disconnects in the last 20 minutes.

Still constantly getting dropped out the pool.... switched to another pool until you can get this stable. :/

Everything is ok now, the server was slow because an asshole just was attacking the Sexcoin Pool (sxc.cryptovalley.com) with DOS. Managed to stop the attack.
Yep. Seems to be working well. Although there was just a real fast round where I didn't get any PPLNS shares, even though I've been mining constantly and a lot of shares were included. What are the settings like on your PPLNS?
|
|
|
PPLNS implemented ! We had some issues over the last 12 hours, tell me if it's ok now.
Constantly losing connection and waiting for work. EDIT: It seems to have improved. At least for now. I'll check back if I continue to have issues.

PPLNS implemented tomorrow! (Didn't have enough time today). Max Difficulty set to 800. Restarted the stratum server, i'm going to see if it fixes the problem. Also, the Pool Efficiency decreased because of one user sending only invalid shares each second during hours, no impact on the pool's work, just statistics, so I kicked this user until he fixes the problem.
Glad to hear. I'm having issues at the moment with payout. I initiated over thirty minutes ago. Will it not pay out mid round?
|
|
|
I scheduled a payout like 20 minutes ago, still nothing. Also, rounds haven't updated in a while.
Edit: finally came through. Just really, really backlogged.

Any idea on ETA to pplns?
Also fixing difficulty or share rejection? I get like 3% on average, which is kinda a lot.

Not at home today so can't change to pplns today, change tomorrow. I use a GUI Windows Software called CGWatcher, it does what knas Restarter does + a lot of other functionnalities (GPU Temp monitoring, auto restart...)
Downloaded it and just set it up. Looks great! Thanks ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) You're welcome ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Wouldn't auto-restart for me last night... but cgminer didn't crash like usual. Just didn't submit anything for hours and hours. I guess I'll have to turn on auto-restart if no shares for a few minutes and see if that fixes.

Over 30mh/s now, hopefully pplns soon! Whenever you do the switch, can you set max difficulty, too? The 1k difficulty is making me miss out on fast rounds.
Miner crashed last night so I missed out on 8 hours of mining. ):
Set up a log file since this is the second time it's done that. Maybe I can figure out the problem some day. Crashed right after I went to sleep last night, at least the other time it had the decency to mine for half the night.
EDIT: if anyone's ever experienced this problem, I found a program called "knas Restarter". It allows you to monitor a process, kill it if it stops responding (still haven't got to test this yet), and relaunch if it's ended. Seems to work well, as you can pass parameters along with the exe (have it monitor cgminer.exe and pass the parameters to connect if it detects it gone).

It's not autopaying either.
just fyi
