1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Turnoff Happen to Bitcoin on: November 05, 2020, 12:00:14 AM
Inveestors never be turned off in bitcoin. Above all the cryptocurrency, bitcoin can survive the possible turn down of market. It has many market players and it would not easily shut down because it has no development. Maybe, we can expect future developments for it. As a matter of fact, it will be good if bitcoin lowered its transaction fee. Lightning Network will surely solve the issue concerning about the fee and networks. As of now, let us all trust bitcoin.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: October 29, 2020, 11:21:20 PM
Thank you for advice. But how do we start if there are lots of bounties are just scamming us. In fact, even I combined my work hard to work smart, nothing happens. I am still poor today. I always look at my wallet and saying that this will have a few bitcoin soon. But whatever I did, there is always a fail. I don't know but I think crypto is not my industry because I have been there since 2017 and till now, I did not gain a lot.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi really a threat to centralized finance? on: October 29, 2020, 11:10:05 PM
Although there have both similar in word finances, they are also different in perspectives. As decentralized finance is not being manipulated nor control by a single person, unlike with cefi or centralized finance. In other words, they are opposite idea that conquering the world of crypto. It is a threat for centralized finance since decentralized have the most valuable term in crypto. We love decentralization because government and bank sucks.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: October 29, 2020, 01:54:17 PM
The best thing we should do is to create a encrypted message together with our relatives (if we have a lot of bitcoins store in our wallet). This encrypted message contains the information kept such as private keys. We can email it to their addresses in a specific period of time in future. Now, if they are interested to know the message, they must use decrypting tools to decrypt the data stored in the email.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: who else think Litecoin will go huge? on: October 29, 2020, 12:01:49 AM
I am not an avid fan of litecoin but I think it will go up more. Litecoin is one of the cryptocurrency that speculated before to become a potential cryptocurrency that will survive even there is a decline in market. It may not reach the bitcoin and ethereum but it will remain to its position because litecoin has good developments. I am sure that it will reach its ath because it already halved its supply.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: October 28, 2020, 11:39:00 PM
At some point, I consider usdt as good. When I am going to scalp in market I prefer to use stable coins as pair. I use usdt because it is stable. I can see the difference of my capital to the profits I make. But in a long run, I don't believe that usdt will remain its value as dollar continuously moving down, suffering from inflation. I doubt usdt will become stable as its value is decreasing.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Got robbed and I can't understand how on: October 28, 2020, 11:18:17 PM
I think it has something to do with technical issues. And going to the thread that charles tim mentioned is the best choice since most of the bitcoin geek are in bitcoin and technical support. If there is a wrong with your transaction, I think when copy pasted the address. But I am not sure that it would happen as you said, you always double check the address you input. It is somehow scary if there is an issue like this, it is not safe to send when there are bugs in wallet. I don't know how to deal with this because this is my first time to encounter such problem like this.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What we can expect the price of eth at the end of 2020? on: October 23, 2020, 11:34:36 PM
I will not expect high prices for Ethereum until the end of the year Because I see Ethereum prices are just holding out and falling maybe $ 500 is a good deal for ethereum until end of 2020
Don't be too negative bro! It has always ups and downs. Ethereum has a good time to increase its price. As of now, we just need for it to develop its eth 2.0 and tested in public. Hopefully, we can see how fast as ethereum will go for the end of 2020. If ever there is no significant move made by eth in this year, I am surely that the next year. Cryptocurrency will boom again and hopefully eth will one of the crypto to be exploded. We just need to hold our ethereum because it is for long term hodling.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: October 23, 2020, 11:11:23 PM
Either you are graduated in university, studied at home or state colleges. It never defines you knowledge. Yes, there is a potential that you can learn more and your professors are handling your subject better far from other schools. It does not define you. Students will always handle their life. So, whether you graduate from good school or not, you are able to learn things if you have the determination to do so.

However, as of now cryptocurrency studies are still in university. But I think online learning is good specially if you have hardship and curiosity to know about the depth of crypto.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When You trade Do You use VPN? on: October 23, 2020, 10:53:05 PM
the disadvantages of using a free VPN;
Quote
Personal Data Theft.
Fraud case.
Prone to Piracy.
Malware Attack.
Adware Attack.
Internet Connection Drop.
Interception of Banking Data.

there is no point in using a VPN, maybe today you are safe, but in the future, we do not know what will happen..  I only trade through the Firefox browser, indeed I have tried trading using a tor browser but the internet speed is very slow so that the buy or sell activity is very disturbed.  So far I have no reason to use a VPN in trading..
It will just compromise the data and security of us. Maybe, it will help us today to evade some terms and regulations of the government. But it might also affect us just like what you said. If there is a legal sentiment between your country and exchange. And there are also restrictions, better not use vpn to risk what you have. In fact, there are many exchanges which not restricted your country to invest. Or try to fly away in your country in order to go out from the restrictions.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do hackers steal huge amounts of bitcoins? on: October 23, 2020, 10:31:05 PM
Because they try to steal as much as possible before they are arrested. What surprises you?
Well, if you are really a smart. I think stealing of few is better than stealing a lot. It might become your endpoint once the authorities will look at you. Stealing few money is not much interested to the public. But if it arise from hundred million dollars, assume that you have only a month before you will be tracked. Unless, you have no evidences left to the scene. Now, this is the reason why OP surprised. Because you can made some money by hacking without being arrested. You just stole few. Well, either it is few or lot. It is bad to do things like this. Hell is waiting for hackers.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My portfolio on: October 22, 2020, 10:47:11 PM
If in my opinion throw away Kucoin shares and buy Binance coin, because Binance is better than Kucoin,
especially in terms of future security, obviously Binance is good at that, 7% for KCS is a big amount, be aware of that and you will not regret it

I agree to you that BNB has more development upcoming and chance to survive the ups and downs of market than KCS. I am also more confident to trade in binance because CZ will not let its investors to stay away from Binance. BNB has more utility and its development is quiet crazy. I have invested in BNB since the start of this year because it is my long term hold as well as ETH and BTC. However, it is up to OP of which he think is good to buy and probably will paid of soon as the market have bull runs.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi benefiting Bitcoin? on: October 22, 2020, 09:32:04 PM
I think yes. Because the sudden hyped in the market today and during the recent months are because of defi. Bitcoin is affected by the defi projects due to the potential investors who want to invest again in market. Since the top pair in exchanges are btc and usdt to altcoins, bitcoin was being bought as well. In fact, there is a btc dominance in the market till now. Altcoins who turned into defi are hard to move because bitcoin is rising again.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google news is spreading FUD on: October 20, 2020, 11:38:43 PM
I noticed google news is saying some older BTC addresses are liquidating, and we should be afraid of BTC stability and viability..

Me thinks this is FUD being spread by the bankster crooks.
Fomo and fud help the market to move. But it is up to the market players who will react to the given news. There are many existing news that may trigger our emotions and instantly go to the flow of the market. Specially if its a big catalyst. Well, considering the fact that it might be a fake news or bumping a news just to give fud the people. We have also try to reverse their idea. We can buy during the fud and sell when it rise again. As of the moment, btc is kicking the market.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Curio hit 5$ in near future? on: October 18, 2020, 12:20:51 PM
https://curioinvest.com/
Hey friends, i want to talk about a newly project which name is #curio and i have lots of expectations from this project. Though i already gained profit from it. But in my queries mind i want to know all of you that what will be waited in near future for this project? Have any expert who has much knowledge about this project.
Thanks in advance.

I never seen that coin but its name is quiet familiar to me. When I researched it right now, I saw that it all about cars. I think car lovers will appreciate this project. But we should not expect to it yet since there are many projects and tokens that are too good to know but poor in development and follow ups. If I am going to advice you, I will say that don`t be too confident to any project because anytime, it may collapse and become scam. Just a friendly advice.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government can seize company reserve Bitcoin? on: October 18, 2020, 11:19:53 AM
The government will be able to seize the reserves of bitcoins from companies if the laws on illegal ownership of cryptocurrencies are adopted!
Also if the government can prove the illegality or fraud of the organization, it will also be able to seize the bitcoins...
It seems to me that the state can do anything it wants, especially if it is a totalitarian state...

In other words, they have the power to seize our properties even we are in decentralized. As long as the company runs illegally, bitcoin will get to them by the power of search warrant. What I think is that, where did they use the collected bitcoins whenever they seized it in illegal companies? Unlike with drugs, it can be burned. Bitcoin will not be burned unless they converted it into fiat and back it to the bank. Well, it is impossible since there are government officials who are blinded by money. They probably hide it to their pocket and they just make a news release on where the busted bitcoin goes on.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are people giving up on Bitcoin too quickly? on: October 17, 2020, 10:43:07 PM

The only people who will give up on the potentials of bitcoin are those who only see bitcoin as a form of investment and not as a currency. These people most likely do not know or have forgotten that bitcoin was created primarily out of the need for a currency out of the control of the banks and the government. It was created as a currency for the masses.
I however think that the mass adoption of bitcoin in the mainstream world will settle this issue. When bitcoin becomes massively adopted and everybody now accepts bitcoin as a means of payment, then there'll be no other choice than to accept bitcoin as a currency.

What about those miners? Is they wouldn`t see potential to bitcoin? The factor that you bought bitcoin or supports it, you consider it to have a potential. If there could be a massive adoption, there are two factors also we can consider. Either it bring the positivity to the price or it would be regulated by the government. Probably, government does not want to exist a coin that they will not be used in terms of corruption. Well, in all what you said. I agree to that, being investor and supporter of bitcoin can help it to become the mainstream.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My speculation regarding Bitcoin will hit... on: October 15, 2020, 10:40:08 PM
My speculation regarding Bitcoin will hit...

My speculation regarding Bitcoin that it will hit $1800 in near future, I don't know when but it can touch to this line in the bottom, what do you think?
Are you drunk when you posted this thread? How come it goes to 1800 bucks only when it does not yet reach that lows. Maybe, this was a 10 year later post. Well, if you want to fud the people in bitcoin, sorry to tell you that we don`t believe if there is no data. The chart is not lying to the people even it is hard to predict the price. There still significance if you just add zero at the end of your guess. The supply of bitcoin was halved months ago, I wonder why you are so pessimistic wherein fact bitcoin can move above its ATH anytime soon.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: October 15, 2020, 10:00:39 PM
Not just food, almost all basic commodities' prices rose due to the pandemic. I think this is to be expected since most companies and manufacturers had to permanently or temporarily stop their production. Even local farmers were not able to produce due to the lockdown. Traveling products from place to place is also difficult due to strict protocols of the pandemic. That is why they have no choice but the increase the price. The pandemic had been a huge burden to all of us, people losing jobs, prices are increasing and we have limited access to everything.
The production of products and other goods have been paused for a couple of months because of pandemic. Many businesses were shut down and production rate goes slow because there is no employee who can work specially for those in factory or physical workers. I just wonder why does the prices doubled where in fact we are in disaster. I knew that when there is a catastrophe, the prices should not move above its price before the disaster came. It is called as price freeze and it must be implemented because other businesses are taking advantage to the current situation of citizens. Anyway, I hope that this pandemic ends already because we suffered a lot and buying our basic commodities seem to be hard specially to the poor people like me.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Covid 19 on: October 15, 2020, 02:22:03 PM
I am a businessman, I get a lot of income from my business, and I leave the world of trading, bounties and investing in crypto.  But after Covid came today, I decided to return to the crypto world, and I hope to have a good profit here.  what if i invest my business in bitcoin? is bitcoin still good?
Bitcoin is always good as investment. But as of now, its price is higher compared when the 2020 opened and past year. I am just thinking, did you left your business in real world and move again in cryptocurrency? I am sure that you are in the right path in choosing the best investment to you. Bitcoin as well as trading in cryptocurrency is good because you can easily make money through online. You may also add your learnings on how you will deal with your capital since trading is risky than your business. I hope that your return in bitcoin industry will become prosperous!
