why is the volume so low on this coin..was 20k sats 2 hours later it is 3.5k sats?..lol...whats the future price prediction if any?

I don't get this coin. If this coin gets listed on another exchange will the coins move from coinexchange to that? It seems entire supply of this coin is up for sale at coin excange 700 BTC at 2 and 3 satoshis?...What is a realistic price target for this if the DEV actually does what he says? Alos, what about price being 79s elsewhere but 1s at coinexchange. SO, people have brought this for 79s?
