1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] «Envion» Most Profitable Self-Expanding Crypto Infrastructure on: January 11, 2018, 09:25:31 PM
I am a newbie on this and I just did the pre-sales on their website.
After that, they need me to prove that I am a accredited investor.
I did a research on Internet. It said I need to have 300k income in order to become the accredited investor.
Is that mean I cannot get any token?

PS: I just paid $1000 on it. Is it possible to get a refund if I am not able to be a accredited investor?

Thank you

It's correct that if you're for instance a US citizen, the SEC requires you to be an accredited investor with a 300k income. There are probably similar regulations in other countries.

What I don't understand is that apparently Envion accepted your money without checking if you're an accredited investor in the first place. I hope you can get a refund.

Thank you very much.
And Yes, they took my payment first then they want me to provide the documentation for my ID and prove of the accredited investor. I hope I can get my money back too or just declined my payment.
