Monero POW is changing to CryptoNightV7 in about 15 days, so I don't think you can sell this as a monero miner.. Just saying ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) ...but i heard that 10GB asic miners are coming so, even ETH, ETC, ZCASH will be dead for gpu miners source? I say bs, with a lack of ram supplies (all big companies like nvidia, amd, etc.. have bought all the production for 2 years ahead) , there is no way that asic companies will get hold of it

Hy Umax, how much RAM do you have? What processor have you installed? Did you try to run EthOS on the rigs? Guys, I need some help as I am troubleshooting this issue for the last few days. I have 4 x 13 GPUs rigs (GTX 1080Ti on Asrock H110 Pro Btc+ ), but none of them would boot with all cards connected, but as soon as I try disonnecting 1 card and boot boot with 12 cards all rigs can boot and start minining without a problem, stable 24h, no restarts. I can replicate the same behaviour across all 4 rigs. I can mine on Win10 (dstm and NiceHash), HiveOS with all 13 cards, so risers are fine and I have enough PSU juice (running 4 x 1080Ti on 1400W PSUs). When booting with 13 cards, every time I get this error ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fshrani.si%2Ff%2F2K%2F3%2F36xjpO7K%2Fimg8269.jpg&t=663&c=mb6IR2gEdK-rrg) I have tried all different combinations is Bios (Gen 1, Gen 2, disabling all peripherals) to no avail. At the moment I am running with 4 x 12 cards and I made another rig of 4 cards. I would really like to get SMOS going with 13 GPU. The SMOS is loaded on 32GB Lexar USB3 sticks. Could that have any connections to my problems, should I try running it from SSD? I have i3 3.9Ghz cpus and 8GB of ram. I have not tried ethOS, but I switched 3 x 13 gpu rigs to HiveOS yesterday, no problem booting 13 cards. If they will be stable for the next couple of days I might went for that OS, tho I would prefer stay on SMOS.

How many 1080Ti (default voltage) can I power with one 1400W server psu? And how many 1070Ti?

Hi,
after 2 weeks reading & researching and finally able to source 26 GPUs (it was hard time here in EU), I have everything being shipped to me, I just need to order PSUs.
My 2 13 GPUs rigs will be powered each by 4 PSUs. I want them to be stable with stock GPU voltages, so this is my starting point. Afterwards I will limit power and get into sweat spot for hash/power consumption.
Rig 1 will consist of;
13 x EVGA GTX 1070Ti SC (single 8 pin power connector) Asrock H110 Pro BTC+ Intel i3 3.9GHz (7th gen - Kaby Lake) 8 GB DDR4 2133 ram 9 Delta 120 x 120 x 38mm fans
Here I thought to power whole system with 4 x Corsair AX860 PSUs (3 PSUs powering 4 x 1070ti each, the 4th one would power 1 x 1070ti and the rest of the system (CPU, Mobo, Fans, Risers).
Rig 2 will consist of;
13 x EVGA GTX 1080Ti SC (8 pin + 6 pin power connector) Asrock H110 Pro BTC+ Intel i3 3.9GHz (7th gen - Kaby Lake) 8 GB DDR4 2133 ram 9 Delta 120 x 120 x 38mm fans
Here I thought to power whole system with 3 x Corsair AX1200i PSUs (3 PSUs powering 3 x 1080Ti each) and Corsair AX1500i to power 4 x 1080Ti and the rest of the system (CPU, Mobo, Fans, Risers).
Can you please advise if my choices regarding power requirements are correct, or I have maybe over powered the rigs. What would be best suggestion for my situation?
