The wallet is a MultiBit wallet, created on the 14th of April 2017. How do I check the height of the block?
3  Economy / Services / Re: I'm solving unconfirmed or stuck btc transactions! on: January 12, 2018, 02:27:46 AM
So I have a bitcoin wallet which says it is receiving a transaction worth 0.2 btc. The wallet balance is currently 0.002 btc but says + 0.2 btc unconfirmed.
I do not know much about this technically but I have read that unconfirmed transactions can be sped up for a fee using websites such as viaBTC.
I inputted the transaction ID into viaBTC and it said the transaction was already confirmed which confused me. Following this I checked the transaction on blockchain and it claims the transaction was confirmed but is unspent and has no children. I would very much like to be able to use this bitcoin because now it is worth a fair bit of money but I dont know how to because viaBTC and similar websites claim it is already confirmed. Despite this my wallet still says it is unconfirmed...

Here is the blockchain link:

Under 'Summary' is the sub-heading 'Visualize' which has the link to 'view tree chart'. On this chart my transaction of 0.2btc is at the bottom and is shown to be 'Output is unspent and has no children'

My wallet is synchronised and has 10 peers so i dont think it is an issue with the wallet not being synced.

Can you help?
