You don't need karmacoin to "pay it forward", you can do this with any coin.
Stop supporting copycoins or they will just keep making them.
How about we all support the coins with new features and innovative ideas?
How about we stop rewarding people releasing copycat coins for their own benefit.
Lol i can see your reasoning but your first comment seems a little silly, if you had 500BTC at the current market value would you donate half of them to another?? This idea is great and should be used with all other cryptocoins, it probably won't but the whole concept of Bitcoin in the first place was to create a marketplace, the value of which would be decided by those who put in and took out of the BTC pot not by a minimal amount of society who more than likely have a massive figure of money and merely want to consistently increase the value of their pocket. Not being phased by the amount of Chaos it can also create. |

Awesome idea, I really like it! Things like these is what will help a coin succeed. I was incredibly happy that I caught Karma right at it's launch, but since I am lucky to even hit 50kh/s between my 3 PCs I haven't been able to mine much (even though I have been mining since launch). Received my first correction today. Though it's not full it's around 10% ( .2 BTC) of what they owe me it's still a good sign.
As I mentioned in another thread I've waited for a long time to get an answer from the support so I guess we all should be a little more patient.
I got this Generic email today from them: Dear User! We are writing to you in order to inform about your Account Balance correction. 50BTC is trying to recover all your funds, but it can take some time. Thanks for your loyalty. Best regards, 50BTC team. did you send any details to them I.e. miner stats etc. No they did not ask..... that kind of makes me sad they've put .2 BTC into my account at this point.... thats a joke i hope how much did you have in there if you don't mind me asking? |

gjp mining co where did you get that info from? I think it is wrong tbh or is going to be added to all of the info I have on them. They have responded to one of my support requests so far so am waiting on their next response, I have also been in contact with a local government office who have the power to e#calat3 this fu4ther and get inte4pol involved and due to the level and scale of informa5ion I have found and proven to the owners of 50 BTC they are awaren tha5 they cannot mess people around. I'll see what their he"t message says before escalating this further.

Wouldn't a scam pool set fees to 0% or very low, but not 3%, to attract more people into its scam?
It doesn't really make sense to me. But there are so many things that don't make sense in BTC world... *sigh*
3% PPS was absurdly low (VERY high chance of bankruptcy). Additionally, it's highly unlikely the pool was started to be a scam. Far more likely is they were using user funds as a form fractional reserve banking and selling coins that they owed to users under the assumption that a lot of old account balances were abandoned/only a certain % of funds would ever be withdrawn in rapid succession. Then the rally hit, and as any long time pool owner knows, withdrawal frequency goes absolutely nuts during an all-time high rally and they couldn't pay their debts due to selling the coins early. And don't treat me like someone who doesn't know what I am doing asking for an updated wallet. That is stupid really. if you ask me for my wallet. If I sent you that it will also download some sort of crappy program you can't get rid of and zip it into the file so that when it is opened this happens. Just for treating me like an idiot.
What the f*ck are You talking about? Do You think that You have something special or what? I really donīt get what You mean, really.. GLX obviously forked badly and Cryptsy is probably on other chain than all of us (or they suspended GLX transfers silently), thats all..
