- In general the evolution of drag and drop software development is a real and interesting space. This is a global workforce enablement play as automation and AI begins to deteriorate global traditional "blue collar" jobs.
- The real edge this team has is the combination of Drag/Drop software with a decentralized cloud marketplace to execute that software. This nexus may be the fuel this company needs to carve out a niche for themselves.
Facets to explore:
- Drag and drop software development will be very difficult to compete against the behemoths.
- Drag and drop software development in itself does not necessarily require blockchain / tokens.
- Raise @$40MM is way out of the hot zone.. possibly in the distraction zone for the management team.. especially with no CFO
- You need to believe this team can execute, navigate, and partner.

**Recommendation.. HIGHLY suggest the company focuses on what it NEEDS to build to get to market as quickly as possible. There is likely a plethora of technology to leverage in the community instead of being developed internally for the blockchain distributed cloud.. Partner here.. focus on your business not the technology.
If you have had a look at the Sparkster ICO you will realize that they are approaching it in a novel and unconventional way. It is actually refreshing to see this kind of shake-up. it adds a dash of something flavorsome to what is generally a rather bland realm (ICO Investment).
One aspect of Sparkster will appeal to all the folks in the world who have no coding ability - the essential message of Sparkster is that if you have the idea then you can create apps - without any knowledge of programming.
I have done the Sparkster walkthrough and, although at first it seemed a little tricky, I soon got the general hang of it. It is an intuitive and straightforward platform. I'm sure with future versions/iterations it will become even more fine tuned and simplistic.
