I have similar problem.I sent 27.5466 TFL from Kucoin to 0x2f100be7a5cbe4c8d74eda21748b5fe80d84ce22 address to park TFL token. If you look at https://etherscan.io/token/0xa7f976c360ebbed4465c2855684d1aae5271efa9?a=0x2f100be7a5cbe4c8d74eda21748b5fe80d84ce22 you can see that is a successful transaction. But I do not see the TFL tokens which I sent .
I sent DM on twitter(@TrueFlipLoto) I also send an email(support@trueflip.io) regarding this issue.None of them were answered.
