Hi all.
I recently bought some TRX tokens via hitBTC by trading some XRP into TRX. The shift back within HitBTC from the trading account into the actual account went well. After this I withdrew the TRX tokens to myetherwallet Etherium Address.
It never arrived 4+days now and hitBTC also shows an X for a not fullfilled withdraw (I requested a service ticket, which still is open)

here my question:

By looking into myetherwallt after connecting via my hardwallet, I saw that under "other tokens" that the TRX token was already appearing. So I thought I dont need to "install the TRX" token in my wallet anymore and just withdrew the TRX tokens on HitBTC to my etherium myetherwallet reciever address.

Did I miss something here or did something wrong? The TRX amount also was big enough to get processed.
