1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: January 18, 2018, 09:36:08 AM
I did an exchange from DGB to ETH.

For over a day it is showing as

Debit_AE   (confirmed)  with a Blank Payment Address and has not shown up under my ETH Wallet.

In the past it has take a few hours, now over a day. Does this mean my coins are lost in limbo or is something else going on?

I had the same problem as you but it just takes a bit longer, it took about a full week for me.

When you manually try to push confirmed coins on the auto-exchange it can take a much longer time to exchange them then regular direct auto-exchanges that arent pushed manually from your balance, so beware of that if you want to push confirmed coins on your balance into auto-exchange to exchange them for another crypto.
Miningpoolhub settles everything eventually so you just have to wait basically, it can take up to one day to about a week to exchange them.

It is something Miningpoolhub might be able to improve in the future to speed up auto-exchange orders that are pushed on the exchange manually but for now it just takes a bit longer sometimes,
however it does work and Miningpoolhub does settle the balances eventually.

I agree with the other users that said no pool is perfect and from all the pools I tested Mininpoolhub is one of the better and reliable ones, I think if Miningpoolhub speeds up manual auto-exchange and limits customer funds getting stuck to a day or so at maximum and not a week and ups their customer support a bit they can really give most other pools a run for their money in terms of speed, functionality, reliability. and availability

ZCL appeared at exchange (my was set to auto).

Good to hear.
I don't know any legit pool that locks up and withholds their customers funds eligible for payout indefinitly for days or weeks and if my funds remain inaccesible and supposedly "stuck sitting on some exchange for days already just depreciating" for much longer I am inclined to believe MHP is just running some fractional scheme with their internal customer wallets.
The complete lack of communication from the admin stinks too with the money they rake in every day you would expect a higher quality service to come with it.

Holy crap, the entitlement is real. If you don't like the way the pool operates, go somewhere else. It really can't get any simpler than that.

If you've got a problem bigger than "My $5 worth of some useless coin hasn't auto exchanged in the last five hours" send the OP a PM with details he will need to solve the problem (txn ids, etc). In my experience, we will get back to you with a resolution. Just not within 10 minutes. This pool isn't for everyone. If you need hand holding, don't understand how this pool works, or have little patience, I would recommend you go to a different pool.

Thats a lot of bullshit you spout there buddy I am not talking about 5 hours or 10 minutes maybe you have a big problem reading and are entitled yourself.
I am just inquiring about customer funds that are eligible for payout being withheld for days and not 10 minutes or 5 hours as you misleadingly try to claim here and whether that is your normal modus operandi towards your customers to withhold your customer funds indefintly, but seeing your dishonest reply it seems it is.

You put a lot of words together there but I don't think you know what all of them mean. Regardless, the pool sends me the requested coin in the correct amounts based on my specified minimum payouts which works out to be daily. It's pretty basic and works well for me at this point in time. Again, see my statement about the pool not being for everyone.

So, because it works for you, everyone else can go f..k themselves, right?

No, just you and the other clown. As I said before, if you have an issue, post/PM/email the Pool Op the problematic transaction ids and what the issue is. If he never gets back to you, move to a different pool. Whining in a forum with vague statements and accusations doesn't help get your problem resolved.

lmao you are the clown here spouting bullshit making excuses for something that obviously doesn't work properly. Already am at other pools don't worry about me kid.

No one my coin was lost here before. Blocks are found, so seems frontend bug. Hope all will be fixed soon, Sunday anyway.
Just agree with many concerning coins kept on exchange for no reason.

It is incredibly odd that in the auto-exchange section miningpoolhub claims that it can take a long time to exchange coins if your volume is low, yet 100 times lower volumes get exchanged and processed 100 times faster.
I really hope for Miningpoolhub that there isnt a more obvious reason why some customer funds purportedly being inaccesible, withheld from customers, by supposedly being stuck for unreasonably lenghty time frames just sitting on an exchange for days or weeks depreciating in exchange value by 10% in this case on top of their 1.1% fee.

I agree with you, in the last 2-3 weeks MPH software had some bugs, maybe there is some work in progress migrating/enhancing the pool.

But I also think that a pool admin has the right to sleep too.  Cheesy
It's ok for me if he doesn't answer H24.
I'm sure he will try his best to fix it soon.

at least we know that everything end up ok eventually...
But, considering the size of these pools, there should be someone H24.

If they really are a reputable miningpool they should offer much better customer service.
I actually liked miningpoolhub for most part, I just didnt sign up with them to wait and see and have funds witheld from me indefinitly or to be given zero response or clarification about contingencies.

Guys this is obviously a glitch on website and all our founds are (probably) safe Smiley Do not forget everything is backuped by safest technology - blockchain and in theory we shoud get everything back Cheesy

Yeah, you just registered to tell us this crap...Now go to NiceHash forum and tell the same crap to those who lost their funds after NiceHash stole their crypto. Tell them that their funds are secure and stored on the blockchain.

OK look smartass, I was the one who also lost quite a few BTCs on Nicehash and they said they will return it by 31st of January... We can really just wait, right?
And I will be quite unhappy if MPH doesn't fix this, because that would not be good for my wallet...

I got fleeced by Nicehash too which is exactly why I am wary of my funds getting stuck on an exchange for an indefinite ammount of time and being withheld from customers for days or even weeks.
Because I rather walk away right now to another pool at the first sign of customer funds being withheld from them for unreasonable time frames then to stick around and invest more time in it and risk losing more money to a pool that operates like this and doesn't even bother giving any clarification or replying to repeated customer inquiries.

I don't deal in "theory"  only in reality and reality is that some of my ZEN funds have been stuck on the exchange for days that I could have exchanged within the hour myself, it is telling that funds are just stuck and withheld there from customers for days now.

Just put up a massive disclaimer at almost every single coin that they don't even have enough liquidity available to exchange them quickly within a reasonable time frame, that you can only use exchange and auto-exchange feature at your own perril and risk your funds getting stuck on the exchange for days or even weeks with no possibility to acces it.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: January 14, 2018, 11:44:43 AM
So I have a bunch of zencash on the exchange waiting on auto-exchange for over a day now.
Is this normal at miningpoolhub that funds are stuck and locked up like this for days?

you tried ahashpool ?

No but if my funds stay stuck on the exchange and inaccessible for much longer I will switch to another pool.

what do you mean by a bunch if you dont mind me asking? i've had some zencash flow in and out of the exchange the last few days.

It's only 0.3 ZEN or so but I had much smaller fractions of that exchange within hours yet that batch stays stuck on the exchange for days now.
It just doesn't inspire any confidence that at miningpoolhub you just have to hope for the best when and whether it is even ever exchanged in the first place and whether it will even be returned or not at all.
But I guess it is normal modus operandi at miningpoolhub to lock people out of accessing their funds indefinetly and to have customers funds stuck on exchanges for an indefinete ammount of time and you'll just have to wait and see whether it works out or not.. Not one single reply from Admins not regarding the problems with their equihash pools either..

Lesson learned, Supernova it is.

Strange - if you want money fast why use autoexchange??? You knew that this out of your control...

I didn't know that if you use auto-exchange you'll just have to hope for the best and wait and see whether it is even exchanged in the first place or returned or not at all. Strange that it takes more then a day to exchange a batch of zencash and your funds can get stuck and withheld that way...
