Update: My COSS was successfully withdrawn after 36 hrs. HitBTC charged me 65 COSS ($143 at the time). I am very unsatisfied with their service but I am glad my tokens are safe. I don't plan to use their exchange again.

When I clicked the confirmation link in the email, it said 'Invalid token.'

There are currently 53 pending COSS withdrawals without transaction hash, according to HitBTC system health. That's a major problem.

That's a smart idea. I trusted that HitBTC would be fine because it's one of the top 10 exchanges by volume, but I was completely wrong. I have a withdrawal pending for over 20 hours now, with no news at all. I checked their system health and they have hundreds of similar withdrawals simply pending. What kind of multi-million dollar exchange has such poor poor service??

It is now almost 13 hours since my withdrawal. No transaction hash, no response from support ticket. They charged me $140 withdrawal fee for this garbage service???

I just made this account specifically to post about my bad experience with HitBTC. With such high volume, I expected the exchange to be much better than this. Constant error screens, VERY SLOW withdrawal (still pending with no transaction hash 8.5 hours later), no live support, and they charged me a $140 withdrawal fee (Yes, one-hundred and forty USD)!!!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible exchange.
