I can’t find the TXID in the explorer after transfer from web wallet to exchange. But , can see there is incoming pending deposit in exchange. Mktcoin explorer is working ?

I read from forum we can use "-zapwallettxes" option to abandon transaction, but dare not doing it now...because it was transferred from mining pool, not sure it will refund back to my mining pool account or not. How can I get back my coins. Anyone can help? Let me know if you know it later.... Status: 0/unconfirmed, not in memory pool**
