1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CargoX- The future of Ocean Transport & Global Trade Logistics with Blockchain ! on: January 26, 2018, 05:40:09 PM
I am interested in this coin however i have a few questions-

1. What exchanges will it be listed on, and when?
2. What will the price per token be during the ICO if i want to buy it during the ICO phase?
3. What the names of the biggest Chinese competitor coins to this?
4. Why is this all currently done on paper not electronically via the internet?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What was going on during 2017 (especially Autumn) that caused the 1000% surges?? on: January 25, 2018, 10:14:41 PM
I wasn't investing in Cryptos back during 2017, only started by investing into IOTA in early December 2017, and now also in ITC coin (the Chinese IOTA) 2days ago.

During 2017 basically every single crypto coin rose thousands of percent though, with the majority of that surge coming during the Autumn.

But so what was going on in the crypto galaxy during 2017 (and especially the autumn) that caused those huge constant up moves, which is now missing from the crypto world??
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is 2018 too late for new investors to still make the thousand percent returns?? on: January 14, 2018, 06:51:56 PM

But so do you think that 2017 was sadly the end of the thousand % increase moves for crytos?

And that whilst a few certain coins may increase 100% - even a few hundred % per year, that 2017 marked the end of those thousand percent across-the-board surge moves?

Ofc not late. ICO still have big % of profiit. The main necessary thing is diversify you portfolio and to invest in different (not in one ICO) the most worthy... You must to read investor analitycs and have your own opinion.

I think virtually all crytos are just ponzi-schemes and fads that are basically worthless.

The ONLY one i merit true value to is IOTA, and so ive invested all my investable cash (20k) into IOTA.

Definitely not too late.  Most exchanges still are not accepting new users, and there is a lot of cash waiting to be deployed on the sidelines.  Once the barriers to new accounts are removed, I think we will see a spike like we haven’t seen before.

Why would exchanges be rejecting new customers (more profit on commission fees) for themselves?? :S
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Did the bloke who got mugged for 25,000 BTC in 2011 (AllInVain) ever recover it? on: January 14, 2018, 06:28:25 PM
Came across this thread from here from 2011 (www.bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=16457.0) when some bloke claimed he got 25,000 bitcoins stolen from his account.

He was whinging then on here cos they were worth £5,000 back then.

Those bitcoins are now worth 400million pounds! LOL
(Or approx half a billion dollars!)

Wonder if anyone knows if he ever recovered his Half a Billion dollars though?

Anyone?

I do feel that everyone who wanted to get into Cryto, who watched it for many years, got in during 2017.

But so theres limited fresh buyers now.

IOTA.

It has zero transaction fees, and the network gets faster the more people use it.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / WHY IS IOTA SO OVER-LOOKED AND BARELY MENTIONED, RATHER THAN BEING CLASSED AS 1# on: January 13, 2018, 08:22:16 PM
Out of all the crytos out there IOTA seems to clearly be the obvious best by far.

As it has zero transaction fees, actually increases in speed and stability the more users it has (so defeats the issue of scalability that others have), and is the coin targetting the future (machine-to-machine payments/the internet of things sphere).

No cryto will ever ever ever replace normal currency.
You will never get paid your salary in cryto, never go buy your tescos shopping with a cryto, and never buy a house paid for in a cryto currency.

Moreover there is no desire/need for that, since traditional standard currencies work perfectly completely fine in the form of cash/debitcards, and so there is no problem to be solved in the human-to-human payments sphere.

But so why is IOTA so overlooked and barely mentioned,
wheras stuff like dash, neo, ripple, ether, and monero seem to be in every thread of ''top buys''??

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Is 2018 too late for new investors to still make the thousand percent returns?? on: January 13, 2018, 06:12:16 PM
I always viewed cryto coins (Bitcoin) as just being ponzi-schemes,
hollow worthless marketing projects just full of hot air and fool's money.

However when I found out about IOTA in early December, well my view changed, and I invested heavily into IOTA.

I looked at the chart for crytos for 2017 and seen that so many of the mainstream coins had returns of 2,000 - 8,000%!

So every single person who invested just £1,000 into any of them in January 2017 ended up with £20,000 - £100,000 profit by December 2017!!

However now crytos have become so widely known about, mainstream, and popular with the general public,
with every single person trying to now get in on this action of ridiculously huge ℅ profit returns.

During 2017 for example ''how to buy bitcoin'' was one of the most popular search tersm typed into Google,
and so virtually everyone who had been curious about crytos for the past few years, seemed to use 2017 as their time to buy, which likely could be what caused the huge surges.

But so do you think that 2017 was sadly the end of the thousand % increase moves for crytos?

And that whilst a few certain coins may increase 100% - even a few hundred % per year, that 2017 marked the end of those thousand percent across-the-board surge moves?
