Thank you. I did not have any ETH on my wallet. Is this the reason the transaction failed?

Now I put 0,1 ETH on the wallet and registered it with public/private key for EOS.
Do I need to change any settings at the fuel to receive transactions in the future now?

Unfortunally shapeshift.io did not answer to my question the last 2 days:(

Okay, ich habe jetzt nachträglich noch meine MEW-Wallet registriert mit Public Key und Private Key.

Leider sind die EOS dennoch nicht in der Wallet sichtbar.
Wenn ich bei eterscan.io bei Transaktionen zu meiner Wallet nachschaue, ist keine Transaktion mit EOS zu sehen.

Bei DeltaBalances ist leider ebenfalls nichts von der Transaktion zu sehen.
Das macht mich total fertig. Vom Exchanger bekomme ich seit 2 Tagen keine Rückmeldung bezüglich der fehlgeschlagenen Transaktion.

Hi guys,

I bought some EOS on shapeshift.io and transferred it into my wallet on myetherwallet.com.
Unfortunally the wallet is not configured for EOS and I sent them to my normal ETH-adress. The transaction failed.

Is there any way to get the EOS into my wallet anymore or is the money gone?

Hi ihr Lieben,

ich habe BTC über shapeshift.io zu EOS gewechselt und diese dann direkt auf die Wallet bei MyEtherWallet.com transferieren lassen.
Dazu habe ich jedoch die normale ETH-Adresse angegeben, ohne die Wallet vorher für EOS zu konfigurieren.

Die Transaktion ist natürlich gescheitert. Kann man da noch was retten? Es geht leider um etwas mehr Geld.
Das war wohl sehr dumm
