I guess BA Could Have authorized them to release a that information but then why go through the trouble of making everyone sing a NDA? Hell...even Matt is under the obligation of an NDA.

Again, I will state...something is amiss. Unless they are throwing out disinformation because they are in actuality, working on their 14nm tech. and want to blow away all their competition.

But that is just a dream I have...
Nothing is amiss.

Speaking of using common sense, if the lady I spoke with via the California number says that in no way Verisilicon will release any information about any company they have a contract with, do you honestly believe that somebody in China representing the same company is going to provide me what I ask?
I don't know. Ask them yourself. This is completely out of my hands... which is a good thing since people want independent verification.

I'd encourage you to look into it further because I really want to clear the air and get focused and back to business.

I must be missing something because it seems to me like there is still a lot of doubt we are who we say we are.

Notwithstanding who BA Matt is, this...

Odd! I just got off the phone and the lady doesn't know a Rober Kuang or of any Black Arrow.

Call them yourselves.

By the way, I specifically asked if Verilisilicon would release any information on any company contracting through them and she said no. Then, she starting asking who I was and what company I represented.

Call the number above and ask for yourselves.

Also, ask her if a Bruno Kucinskas called.

That may be the first clue. The fact that you're calling a US based branch about business going on in China. Did the person you spoke to do any research on it or did they just say they have no idea what you're talking about because of your over use of the word ergo?

Seriously though. You're able to use google and common sense when you're trying to dig up dirt against us but you can't figure out to call the Asia/Pacific branch of Verisilicon? Call any of these numbers before you post more misinformation.

So, just to confirm I have this right.

An independent member on this forum has reached out to a third party. The third party company gave confirmation that Black Arrow is a customer and the specs look accurate. Is that right?

in part. of course, yes.

So, a third party member who is totally unaffiliated and actually has been doubting us as much as everyone else has contacted a third party company who confirmed we are a customer.

Because a user pointed out that the email had been compromised in the past.

So where's the conspiracy?

Hey PH could you please give me the cliff notes on your latest findings. I can tell your very excited but to me it just looks like rambling. I am glad that you have toned it down a bit though, thanks.

It's a bit of rambling. At one point the company is owned by one of our resellers. The latest was that the company is owned by someone named Alex Berk named after Berkshire which is where he lives. I'm having a hard time keeping up and it seems to me like he's saying because people fly, people must have wings. Some of the stuff even I find interesting. Some of the stuff is like fitting a square peg into a round hole.

He's shotgunning out ideas and predictions and when one of them end up being true he's very proud. He's said that Bobsag and I were the same person (wrong). He said that Bobsag was a liar and a thief because he moved around and leased a few buildings. He said that two people contacted him because Black Arrow wouldn't refund them - that turned out to be false information.

I've stopped debating with him.

I'm also working on pinning down more information. Sorry for the delay. I was hoping Bobsag had more information since he met with everyone. I'll see what I can find.

I've not heard anything officially on refunds yet. In all honesty, I'd wait on asking for a refund till we figure out our best possible compensation package. I'm going to keep pressing that issue with my higher ups.

Can someone please update this thread with information worth posting. This is getting way out of hand.

We should have more information soon. Definitely within 24-48 hours.

...snip the Beverly and Riker photo... That episode really bothered me...

lol. I have no idea what that means.

Also, your friends you're trying to help haven't contacted me. Please find a ticket number so I can help the situation.

Seriously? Here's a clue: Phinnaeus, you're really grasping at straws now, arent you?

They're not really friends, for I didn't know about them till they contacted me. I have blasted them both your two PMs. Ain't have a clue as to why there's been no contact.

I'm also surprised that they haven't thanked me for running amok.

Any chance there's another scam layer here and the "two customers" who knew your history from other threads (the BFL Josh ones are still my favorite btw) were actually an ASIC competitor who just wanted to stir the pot while BA was down and out?  I've seen worst tactics in this industry. Wink

That slightly crossed my mind a while back, but shrugged the notion off, but between yesterday and now, with you, it's most definitely no longer outside the realm of possibility.

I'd do some research on them then. If they're a legit customer with issues, PLEASE give me something to help with. Name, email, ticket number, anything so I can search our system.

If they're not legit, I'd appreciate an apology.

I'm sorry, biomech, how do you figure we waited till the last second to announce we're going to be late? We announced it a full month before deadline. We didn't hit the deadline and string people along with nonsense. We absolutely should have announced it sooner. We absolutely did not wait till the last second.

Definitely not something like...

They look the same. Take out the fancy servers from the top picture and take out the shelving from the bottom one and they're the same damn thing. Shelves come out, servers go in, bam instant data center.

Back on topic: can you share with us what y'all have discussed so far? bobsag3 has been in the UK for a whole day now. What progress has been made?

I'll let him answer that. I'm not in the UK so I'm not part of those discussions. I've also not been briefed at this point.

The site that PG linked just went down right now for whatever reason, but here's a google cache:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:TpxePg-hmE8J:www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php%3F331715-8000GBP-retained-by-Bank-of-Scotland+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk
Post #7 is where the name is mentioned.
blackarrow = yew = Willie Carson according to PG's research.

Wait... That's the name of the person who was replying to yew/blackarrow, not the identity of yew/blackarrow himself..
LOL. Carry on. Nothing left to see here.

I do wonder why blackarrow tried to delete that post he made on this forum referencing that site though..

Because it has nothing to do with this thread and is distracting.

For what it's worth, I reached out to Phinneaus regarding the two people he was helping who had an order for $147k and $20k. He won't tell me their names on here, which is fine. He said he has no support ticket numbers to reference and he said he'd forward my PM to them so they can respond to me. It's only been about 24 hours now so it's still possible they can contact me but so far nobody has.

I want to help these people but I have received zero information and our trouble ticket system is pretty much up to date. I've not seen any tickets that are close to the situation that Phinneaus's friends are in.

So you're saying that the person who operates the blackarrow account does not have the name "Willie Carson"?
Correct.

<snip>

As for any updates, I'm trying to get a solid answer on where we're at. I'm going to start pressing the issue with our other teams. I will let you know what I find as quickly as possible. I'm sorry for the delays here, we've had a hectic few weeks.

If we can organize a list of questions, I can try getting answers.

Gotta love Google!

You just quoted two of my posts that aren't even remotely related to each other. On the 25th I was getting bombarded with questions about where we're at with the process. I hadn't heard anything and said I'd try to figure out where we're at. This was before the announcement of our delay.

The recent post was in regards to people throwing all sorts of questions at me that I can not answer. If we can organize a list of 10-20 questions, I can try to get answers.

And otherwise... yes... gotta love google... ?

You still have not addressed why jan 3 announcement was not made.

Also, it would've apparent to management that feb 24 target would be missed even if jan 3 target was met based on current timeline.

Who made decision to go ahead knowing targets would be missed, especially in light of the fact that difficulty increases is rising exponentially?

Until you tell us who is responsible, BA has not levelled with us in my eyes.

Also, who will be paying you in event minions are launched?
I'm sorry you feel that way. I do not have those answers.
