Hello, Freewallet and Bitcoin Users!
My two transaction sending ETH from Freewallet hang 6+ day ago. Support answer few times with template about ethereum network maintenance, than they stop answering any question.
Transaction are in pending status in FreeWallet, but hashes freewallet give me does not track on etherscan.
Dear Freewallet, can you tell me please whats wrong? Where is my ethereum? Why transaction does not track by hash for 6+ days? Please cancel transaction and return my ethereum to wallet or proccess it (if cancel unavaliable).

UPDATE:
On 7-th day my pendig transaction was canceled by support, and I successfully get my ethereum back from Freewallet. Better late than never Thanks to FreeWallet support.
