比特币或者当下大部分的币都很难用来做为交易的媒介来使用，1.币价波动太大，2.交易费用不稳定，3.币的数量有限量，如果币价可以用来保值的话是不会有人用来它来作为买物的钱，就等于说没有流通性。比特币的发展很可能就是成为一种投资产品，作为钱来使用的可能性越来越低了。

 我也刚想问这个问题。不过可能得问回报率怎么计算，毕竟filecoin还不错细则。

用不用以太做ico和以太的唯一关系就是以太的用户群已近很庞大了。那做的ico好不好和以太本身这个技术是没什么关系的。大部分欧美国家还是对ico比较宽容，只要不踩regulation的红线就可以了。一流技术的ico，比方像ipfs的filecoin它是有资格自己做自己ico的。如果技术类沾边的ico，除非是加深ethereum本身技术的比如Polkadot，那还可以在以太上搞。别的都不是很靠谱。很有可能以太上的ico都会转向资产类，特别是还可以ico的这些国家对ico想要用证券法规去规管。我如果今天发个资产类型的ico，我还是选择ethereum，因为用户群足够大。
