Yep.  I got the exact same reply from support today. Increased my hope that this will be resolved soon.

Not an orphaned payout, pools payout from the address that received block rewards, they will continue to mine at the same address for however long they want. Eventually that address is going to end up with an "orphaned block" reward. Unfortunately Blockchain.info doesn't filter/handle these transactions correctly and they aren't the only ones but that is the most common cause that triggers an address to show up with double spend warnings. 

I have had the same issue with payout block 503949 which has been marked invalid in Slushpool's own block history and blockchain.info says it is double spend.  The thing is that slush's payout to my miner account is not confirmed due to this while Slush's record says that they have already paid out -- with the link to the transaction which is sitting in that invalid/orphaned block. 

What is a typical scenario in which all those small payouts to miners will end up on some future valid/confirmed block? Wouldn't slushpool have to repeat those payments somehow?
