1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] BAAPPAY - The Evolution of the Payment Platform is Here on: February 24, 2018, 02:14:41 AM
From what I understand, with the liquidity pool, people who uses your platform to purchase things online. What is your guarantee with the user's sexurity in terms of their funds?

Stripe started accepting crypto on their payment platform, however, they had to abandon it because Merchants were complaining about confirmations. It became a nuance and a risk for merchants because they had to wait a long time before the transaction was fully confirmed. If they didn't wait for full confirmations, they ran the risk of double dipping, thus, would be defrauded by the customer. However, in our platform, our liquidity pool would solve that dilemma. Instead of waiting for each transaction to be confirmed by the blockchain, our state channels allow the customer transactions to be funded through a liquidity pool. This removes the need for each payment to be individually written to the blockchain, and makes point of sale purchases instant.

The security is that all transactions will happen within the exchanges wallet. Therefore, a transaction will only be processed if the user has the cleared funds available.

In terms of the user who uses your platform, he must deposit funds to the wallet of BAAPPAY to continue with the process of purchasing items online?

I am quite familiar with some of your targets like Oracle. I understand that you will focus on connecting individuals to organizations who deliver wanted or needed products. However, I am quite curious to whether you will deliver a website in which all the brands are there and for consumers to see. In addition, how does your organization get profit from this? Or are you a non-profit organization?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DoinCoin - Bringing Freelancing and Cryptocurrency Communities together on: February 20, 2018, 02:28:25 AM
From what I understand, DoinCoin would be for individuals who are in need of a job; somewhat like a website wherein employers post jobs that would be taken by freelance individuals, am I correct?

There is no doubt that cryptocurrency is a word that elicits a very strong response these days.  On one hand, Team Crypto heralds the arena as the next big thing as they speak in blue sky terms about the future of this new form of currency that takes digital shape and is beyond restriction.
We are in a time where innovation is inevitable. Technology is taking over the world. We have been trying to invent things beyond our imagination. Cryptocurrency being the main currency exchange all over the world could be possible in the far future.

Bitcoin right now, since it is almost known worldwide would undergo natural growth. Well, i'm hoping that those people investing in stocks would convert to investing in crypto. That would  surely boost the value rapidly.  Angry

11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You've been scammed. What you can do ? on: February 07, 2018, 02:32:15 PM
I believe there is nothing much you can do once you get scammed. Cryptocurrencies aren't regulated in some countries and the government would be able to do anything about it. The only thing you could to is to prevent it in the first place. You could either avail an escrow service (A trusted escrow ofcourse) or you could probe the person you are dealing with and make sure that, that person has a good and clean background. When in doubt, study the person.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "BITCOIN price is too high. If it goes down, ill buy it" on: February 07, 2018, 01:52:24 AM
What I usually do is look at the charts from coinmarketcap and see the trend of the same day of the previous year. Usually it works for me and I was able to anticipate the ups and lows of bitcoin. We experienced a huge 70% correction(?) from the all time high of bitcoin, however same with stocks in my local country, every after winter, things go down. It will go up soon, believe me; just HODL.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes Bitcoin valuable? on: February 01, 2018, 03:33:10 AM
Bitcoin is seen as valuable due to it being decentralized. In my opinion, since it is non-taxed in some countries and away from the government, the demand for bitcoin increases thus increasing the value of bitcoin. Compared to physical money, it is easier to invest with bitcoin. However, the downside of bitcoin is there have been numerous scams with regards to bitcoin.

16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who anticipated the Crypto fallout of January 2018? on: January 29, 2018, 02:24:41 AM
I was aware that Crypto would fall at the first month of 2018. What I usually do is look at coinmarketcap.com and see the trend from the previous year on the exact same date. There has always been a downward trend from the first month, it usually goes back up after Chinese New Year
17  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning Strategy on: January 29, 2018, 02:15:47 AM
I want to share to you my earning strategies, how i earned without investing fiats or having a capital. This is most likely for the users who don't have capitals for investments like students, part time worker, house wife, etc. this probably won't work to some but it works for me and If it doesn't work on you I hope you'll earn atleast a little in my sharings here.

So how do I started?

First I'm a simple student who wants to earn extra cash to buy some personal items like clothes and to have some extra cash in my pocket. So I enter the crypro industry and work on here and I've realized that you can earn cryptos without investments here are the things i've done before and until now:

  • Signature Campaigns
  • Social Media Campaigns
  • Translations
  • Airdrops
  • Other bounties

That's the only jobs I have few months back and now here's my strategy:
1. Earn and earn from the jobs that doesn't need any investments. (It will took you long swear. But id you have patience then that's good)
2. Subdivide the profits (ex. 20% for savings, 20% for withdrawals and 60% savings for future investment)
3. After earning enough invest to ICO's or to Trading but i didn't encourage you to do trading if you don't have enough knowledge and experience. So there's a lot of ICO's that's been around so if you want to spot a scam ICO's read thss thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2661881.msg29042231#msg29042231

It's not easily achieved specially when you don't have capital or investments to start with all the investments i have right now just came from the works i've done here. The only thing you need here is to have Patience, Proper stratgey/Planning about your profits and the right way to hold your money in short it will all depends on you not on tk any strategies if you know how to manage then you earn.

What I'm saying here is that you can earn a lot without doing any fiat investments but the only thing is you need to wait and have patiende.

So i want to ask you what's your strategy? I also want to learn things in order to regrow my profit and let's help each others using our thoughts and opinions.

Hey Renz,

Unfortunately, there are several airdrop that turn out to be a scam. You should also take a look at this. https://airdropalert.com/ -- I am not sure, however I think all airdrops located in this website are the legit ones.
18  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 28, 2018, 04:17:42 PM
In my opinion, this merit system would be beneficial even for newbies like me. There have been numerous account farmers in the forum leaving us without any spot in some campaigns.
19  Other / Meta / Re: Does Merit points will become business in this Forum? on: January 28, 2018, 04:08:37 PM
I don't think that Merit as a form of business would be an advantage for members of this forum. In my opinion, if an individual would like to participate in a campaign and the campaign is dependent on the number of merits a person has; if a person received multiply merits from just on person would be very suspicious.
