No I don't think so and I don't want to think like  that! We all have seen worse dips in the past and now the market is correcting itself. Like I could have not imagined if would be 20k by the end of 2017 so we don't know the exact future!

I think It should appleal people all around the world.
First of all, bounty campaign for translation should not be mistranslated and actually should be delivered to whom to need the informations. 
I think there are their own communities in every country so it would be great to post about ICO or white paper in the communities.
For this happens, We should find someone who is actually activating in the community and knows better.

Korean people like fast, convenient, easy to accessible format but bitcointalk isn't like that a little bit.
We also have a bunch of communities in Naver which is main portal in Korea.
I really hope korean people use bitcointalk as much as people all around the world.
