1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I LOVE PANIC SELLERS on: September 11, 2018, 02:29:07 PM
when panic sets in and people start to sell, it's inappropriate no to take
advantage of the lowered prices. It's a good strategy at play, buy coins and
hold them for a while. Buy low and sell high, that's smart play but takes a
lot of patience.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Simply predict the future of bitcoin on: September 07, 2018, 03:26:09 PM
To put it simply, it's honestly hard to predict Bitcoin's future. Sure it's big and popular and it's growing
more but even the rate it's in it's still unstable. Volatility is somewhat a reflection of bitcoin's future.
It's an extra added spice that makes it more intriguing and lucrative I guess.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it my impression or media is biased towards bad news ? on: September 02, 2018, 03:06:15 PM
Most of the stuff I see in the news in my country about crypto are all negative,
maybe it's just the network but it starts with a bit of allure and splendor of
acquiring money but then they bring the negative part of it. Most of the
people I encounter refer to it as scams, it makes you wonder if they are getting
one sided since that is what some news do imply about the whole thing.
It's a hysterically a personal choice and view on my opinion.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Centralized or Decentralized for cryptocurrencies? on: September 02, 2018, 02:51:37 PM
Decentralized preferably, it's the sole essence of cryptocurency as far as I'm concerned.
It insinuates balance somehow since it's very fragile and highly unpredictable, it's what
captivated people to get involve and invest in crypto. It's alluring that way and exciting,
however all this talk about regulation does draw out the thought of a universal centralize
cryptocurrency. Time will tell I suppose.
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think Humans are virus for the earth? on: August 07, 2018, 05:43:35 PM
Humans are inhabitants of the earth, how can you say or label human beings as
"virus" for the earth? we may be exploiting earth's resources but a lot are
actually aware and are doing some stuff about it. No virus does that.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: August 06, 2018, 06:11:11 AM
I think not, fiat money will never be replaced by bitcoin.
because it is the tool we use for the current exchange, bitcoin is more suitable for the investment tool.

I think bitcoin will be significant somehow in market, alongside with other currencies there
is a big possibility that crypto will definitely change the transaction processes everywhere.
Crypto depends on it's value with fiat, it's not the other way around. Both will exist but
through a lot of debate and process of course.
7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated: Guess who is Sicker? on: July 29, 2018, 03:00:52 PM
Vaccination is definitely good. In poor countries where no vaccination is constantly going on in the epidemic. Isn't that the best proof? Probably the one who organized the anti-vaccine company wants to create an epidemic.

Vaccines are a great breakthroughs in the field of medical science, it's a life saver. But there are
organizations around the world that tends to exploit such solutions, since humanity is constantly
plague with diseases and illness, there's a political angle at some cases and money always matter.
8  Other / Politics & Society / Re: why do governments kick against privacy? on: July 29, 2018, 02:19:47 PM
why is that any time that an innovation comes up to protect the privacy of the individual governments kick against it,citing national security concerns?

The government is super protective and wouldn't take any risk in any form, since technology
today has made things convenient and fast especially with communications. With that
powerful and innovative tech, there's also threats that come with it since
a lot of people are keen on exploiting modern technology for various
reasons. It's all about threats and protection I assume.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens if bitcoin price falls below the cost of mining it? on: July 21, 2018, 07:05:09 PM
Mining would be affected if this happens and prices continues to stay low. Though bitcoin prices
are so volatile that dips and deflation happens to a lot more than spikes. It's a norm it seems in
this market, prices can affect a lot of sectors here.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin at 25000 possible? on: July 19, 2018, 06:25:14 PM
Bitcoin is currently trading at 6k but there has been a  consistent prediction that before the year ends it will be up to 25,000. I want to know how many of you share in that optimism because at present, it's all bearish and nothing more.

It's entirely possible but determining when that actually happens is the hard part.
I agree with most of the people here, with the current price condition bitcoin is in
it is a strenuous and hard to see how bitcoin will end up at $25k within the year.
Hopefully it does, a lot of investors are betting on this. Me included.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: July 14, 2018, 06:17:45 PM
There isn't much shops and sites in my country that accepts bitcoins  as of the moment, but when
that scene changes I can try spending on stuff and services I supposed. But for now, with
current market conditions and bitcoin prices, It's better holding and investing them for
a while, when prices start to increase and progress a lot better that will
be an ideal time to spend them.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market? on: July 11, 2018, 07:01:04 PM
For the time being, I would really prefer to go with Cryptocurrency. It's accessible and
convenient for me. Though I admit that I am curious about the Forex and Stock market,
maybe one day I'll give it a try. Bur for now, cryptocurrency is more interesting.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some parents can't say no to their children. on: July 09, 2018, 06:21:03 PM
Parents spoiling their children would spell out trouble in the future. There should be a limit
to things and parents as disciplinarians should do a good job.The way children behaves is a
clear reflection on the parents as well.  Huh
14  Economy / Economics / Re: War on cryptocurrency! on: June 20, 2018, 06:53:38 PM
It's not necessarily a war, if you put it that way it almost sounds so illegal that it's on par with drugs and other criminal stuff.
I think crypto isn't fully accepted or just plainly misunderstood, aside from it's association with criminal activity transactions
Bitcoins is being exploited for numerous reasons. It's an ongoing deliberation and it's controversial.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin lead cryptocurrency market forever? on: June 20, 2018, 04:24:44 PM
Bitcoin is the leading coin of the market. What you think about the future of bitcoin and others coin?

Bitcoin has been taking the lead and I think it will continue to do so. It's common knowledge
what BTC is all about and the frontiers it's tapped into. It's a pioneer and the best coin we
have to date, check the prices BTC is on top no matter what market condition it's in. It's
the future and like any innovation, it's still up and going, almost like it's upgrading in some
form, manner and way.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: June 20, 2018, 02:33:26 PM
I think teaching them will have a good impact on them as they grow up and encounter
business related situations and problems. Making them more responsible and diligent
as they mature more in life. But this is not an easy matter since a person or child has
to have that interest to begin with.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the price of crypto is down now, what to do on: June 20, 2018, 02:11:29 PM
the price of crypto is now down, what should we do to keep it profitable? give your feedback

The most common approach besides grumping over prices and feeling low is to simply hold.
Don't overthink it, if you have a strategy in play stick to it. If you don't have one currently,
better come up with one that suites with current market conditions. Always remember that
dips are never permanent so better prepare, monitor and evaluate.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: June 20, 2018, 09:38:54 AM

Diversification in crypto investments is a strategy that would serve to be very efficient, as long as you chose
the right coins to invest in. Always include the strong and solid currencies, you have higher chances to profit
from them, as for altcoins there are plenty of really good ones out there, research and read more to narrow
down the best ones you see fit. Invest wisely and always be aware of the current market conditions especially
with prices before investing whatever budget you have.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do not invest now , wait on: June 19, 2018, 05:25:23 PM
I disagree, with the current market prices of altcoins and even Bitcoins, it's one of the best times to invest.
Low prices are a bargain, it's an open opportunity to begin with since prices seem to be staying at
current value positions. Better invest now while you still can, when things start moving prices will change
abruptly and nothing will be on sale prices either. Buy low and when it spikes up, sell high. Volatility is full
at play here.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and altcoin: Who will take control of the market? on: June 19, 2018, 05:05:43 PM
Currently, bitcoin is number 1 and it will be like this for next few years. It might gets replaced by ETH in future but it depends on  a number of factors.

I fully believe Bitcoins will truly and fully influence the control and impact on the market. Every time Bitcoin's prices
rise and fall, altcoin prices also changes. It's clear that what happens to Bitcoins will have different side effects
on existing altcoins. Altcoins still has a long way to go, though I am more inclined to believe and favor Ethereum
to have that potental capability to control if ever altcoins defeats Bitcoins. But still BTC still reigns supreme.
