As far as I know, Restart Energy has the best prices/offers in Romania. Even if the kWh is the second cheapest in the country, they have some kind of fee like a membership, and you pay an exact sum of money every month. This is a good choice if you are home constantly, but if you go in a vacation, you can opt to stop the energy supply for that period, witch is awesome.
