I wonder if Bitmain may be able to help facilitate this, or if we would have to sort it ourselves.  I shot them an e-mail, but it's 11PM over there.   Got any ideas?

I received the "people are queuing" message as well.  I made it all the way to the purchase agreement twice, and got kicked out doing the captcha at the end.   One of the most frustrating purchases that I never got to make...   If anyone needs to have a few they over ordered taken off their hands...  We can work something out.
