Hi,
Exmo's customer support is catastrophic.
My experience:
- I did a few deposits/withdraw that went very fine
- then an ETH deposit (2 ETHs) never reached my exmo account although the transaction went through and reached Exmo's wallet
It was 15 days ago. I have sent several tickets with all relevant information and proof, I was told to wait, I was told it was transfered to tech team, I was told it would be resolved this week but still nothing and no update. I'm tired.
When Exmo works, it works, but when there is a problem you can't count on their support. You're just there, with your cryptos missing, and you just wait forever. They don't respect their customers, they don't care.
