We've submited the listing application in 8th of February. We had a conversationg with Latoken representative by email (all details will provided later). We've verified details and Latoken support confirms that this person is representative of latoken. We've paid 1.5 btc for the listing. We've wait about one month, when our patience is over we describe the situation in latoken official telegram group https://t.me/latoken
Official representative @LATOKEN_CS has contacted us directly by private chat. He said everything is fine and they will list it asap. After that he asked a very strange thing:

It was very strange, but as it was described that "your deposit will be sent back to you immediately" we've sent the funds.

Next day the support said:

Now the system requires an activation code generated for you to complete the listing process and to process the refunding processing

But we need you to make a deposit again
But all your deposit will be sent back to you immediately

We will announce your coin  immediately your listing process is completed

The activation code deposit is 200$ worth of btc
And all your total funds of 700$ worth of btc will be sent back to you fully immediately your listing process is completed

When I said that it's all sounds like a scam and I'll post this info in bitcointalk, received the following response:

Will posting this solve your issue
You post it then you lose all your listing fee and all your activation deposit
You only need to have your activation code generated and everything will be fine

It seem like the Latoken exchange is scam for now.
