Pretty solid analysis, am also amazed at how many companies manage to get so much investment in their coin offering without having something along side of it, i guess like you say, with so many coin giveaways popping up, people will begin to spot which ones are likely to be legit

From what i can see, seems like an ICO is a great way to get investment as you offer a "piece" of your coin to all who are interested in buying in, if the price goes up on the exchange then everyone's a winner.
That said there are still others who offer coins/tokens out to the community
Either or doing both are good options IMO

Surely, hold the bitcoin.... as the tech improves, transaction speeds increase more and more people will start using, so the price is only going ot keep rising for the long term.... ....and maybe keep doing whatever you are doing

What's the best platform and why? Which ones are reliable and which ones are scams?
I notice that a lot of binary options companies have switched over to offering bitcoin trading opportunities, but these for sure are a scam.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?

The risk is getting in and getting and whether you make a profit or a loss. It seems to me that although the market in bitcoin is taking extreme highs and then extreme lows, it neverthelss is always going up on a long enough timeline. Long trading seems preferable to be, with a clear exit strategy that you must stick to no matter what
Also make sure that your wallet is secure
