1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are bounty token distributed on: September 01, 2018, 11:19:44 AM
Hello guys,  it will be my pleasure to learn something very important to me from my senior colleagues that are bounty mangers. I want to know how bounty tokens are being distributed. I did a signature campaign, and I saw $450,000. For that campaign and on the list we are not up to 500 participants. Will that $450,000 be shared among the 500 participants or token worth $450,000 or what?  Please give me an explanation, I want to learn. Thanks.
I am not a bounty manager but i got some idea on this one. First, that token allocation is given as a preference so that bounty hunters will have an idea on how much will they receive at the end of the campaign if the ICO is successful. Recently, there are a number of ICOs that modify the rules or lessen the allocated tokens because per their explanation, ICOs did not reached the target hardcap thus prompting then to reduce tokens for bounty hunters.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many will regret that they do not invest in cryptocurrencies on: August 31, 2018, 11:13:54 PM
I think that many who have not used the "drawdown" of the cryptocurrency market and have not invested in it, will regret it when the market starts to grow again by the end of the year! I think that the current dynamics of the market, when it significantly "sags" from the beginning of the year in relation to the January highs, does not stand out from a number of conventional cyclical phenomena. I see that the cryptocurrency market is cyclical, and, despite the current decline in the market relative to January, if you look in relation to last year, we see the growth of the market! And what do you think, you too, as I see the prospects in the development of the crypto-currency market or think it is a collapse?
It could go either way, they will regret why they invest and they will regret on why they have not invested. There are two sides of the coin and you never know which side you will fall either in losing or gaining. This business is so risky that you have to calculate every move that you make so you will not regret in the future.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selecting the right bounty campaign? on: August 31, 2018, 12:49:24 AM
I have this in mind that i would only participate in a bounty campaign that is being run by a reputable bounty managers here in this forum because i have trust in them that whenever they feel that the ICO is shady they would stop and notify it's hunter with the situation.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Whitepaper determined credibility of an ICO on: August 30, 2018, 11:55:01 PM
An intending cryptocurrency investors recently approached me for my input in an ICO he intend invest on. And one of my advised to him his to read through the whitepaper of the ICO to determined how credibly and successful the ICO will be.
He then, ask me how sure I am that a well written whitepaper will determined how credibly, trusted and successful an ICO will be.
I couldn't give a clear answer to the question, because I personal know that so many scam ICO have a good and well detail whitepaper.

What's your take on the ICO whitepaper, can the information therein be enough to determine how successful an ICO will be.
Whitepaper alone can't vouched for the credibility of an ICO considering that there are a lot of scammers out there trying to fool investors with their copied whitepaper from another ICO. But if you find a legit ICO, i recommend to read their whitepaper because it would help you understand their project more.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How good projects should start on: August 30, 2018, 11:24:58 PM
Hello guys, so i've been wondering why some projects conduct airdrops, bounty, pre-sale, ICO and others might just go ahead and do probably only pre-sale and ICO. Do you think doing pre-sale, ICO, airdrop etc are part of the reasons to make a project succesful or do you think when a project conduct and aidrop it makes the project looks unserious for you to invest in again? what do you all think?
Airdrops would definitely help ICOs to be known to would be investors and IMO if that ICO would conduct a bounty campaign, one thing that would help in it success is to choose a bounty managers that has good reputation here in bitcointalk preferably those who have green trust because some investors follow these bounty managers in choosing their ICO to invest.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right time to buy ETH ! on: August 30, 2018, 10:16:28 PM
Knowing that we all suffered through this bearish trend and now that we expect it's almost over it is the right time to buy ETH !
ether is at a very low price for now since it is stable at a price of $275-$300. It was about $800 3-4 months back and it might recover the price soon.
Considering it's ATH this must be a great price to buy some ether as it will return some good gains.

Absolutely it is the right time to buy ether now because bull run is looming to start. Bottom of the dip is reached i think is reached and there is no other way but up for ether.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still did not get bounty rewards? on: August 30, 2018, 09:09:34 PM
Traditionally, if a bounty ends, a maximum of one month after the end of bounty, members will receive the distributed Tokens from that particular project. If you do not receive a Token after a month, then the big possibility is that the scam or not reach the soft cap leading to the delay distribution. You should post all your questions in the telegram of that ICO project to ask directly instead of asking in this forum. Hope this helps?
Agree, that is the norm in the past but somehow it has changed now. Now you have to wait for months for you to be able to receive your tokens even if that project is successful and it frustrates the bounty hunter's community.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: August 30, 2018, 12:28:58 AM
What have you been using your ETH for?

For trading
To buy ICO
For long term investment
Other - explain
I am a huge follower and fan of ether since i know cryptocurrency and if ever i have a chance i would buy some and hold it but i also used it to trade and to buy from ICOs. With the recent dip i have add some eth to my portfolio and hope that it would have a bull run this year end.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH ready to bounce back? on: August 29, 2018, 11:43:54 PM
Found some technical analysis taken on ethereum and with the report, it is looking real good as it seems ETH has prepared to take on the train and prove itself once more that it is th king of alts. Well, lets hope the TA becomes real and we see our dearly ETH come up once again.
I have high hope that eth will bounce back this year end because that is always the case for this coin. Right now it is slowly gaining it's ground and preparing for a bull run that might happen in December or early next year just as we saw it last year.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy more ETH? on: August 29, 2018, 08:49:08 PM
exactly! Ethereum has lost a lot of value in August. a good time to invest. I can recommend investment
Agree, it has dropped a lot since the first quarter of this year and it is beginning to bounce back but it is not too late anyway to buy some for us to gain profit in the coming bull run.

Not yet. But I hope, something will turn out)
It is important that people begin to use the blockchain extensively. And how this will change the world, it is difficult to predict.

Not really the world but it changes people's lives. Manay are being able to achieve the  financial freedom. Manay are also motivated to experience this kind of graces. Crypto has not change the world but are making people going to survive.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto money will kill fake money on: August 08, 2018, 10:59:18 AM
Everything in our lives is now in our phones.
Why should we carry a wallet or credit card?
I really do not understand that.
millions of counterfeit money is printed every day
There's a lot of fake money in the world.
Can credit cards prevent this?
Bitcoin will kill them.

Counterfeit money is everywhere. There no means of catching the bad guys. As i can see it bitcoin cannot kill this. Fiat is widely use by rich and poor people. This is not an easy issue i guess this is already part of the technology.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: August 06, 2018, 08:53:51 AM
This question is especially for those who have been into crypto for a long time. How did cryptocurrency help you, most specifically financially? Did you earn more? Gain more investment? I do have a friend who wants to get into crypto but he does not have a lot of savings in his bank account or any major investment. I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?

Do not rely on your finances to crypto alone. Maybe you can make it as a supplementary income to support you in times of needs. This is a long term investment even participating in bounties also needs a long time to earn. Crypto can help but not right away. It needs time.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto going strong! on: August 06, 2018, 04:17:54 AM
Hey guys, what do you think about today’s market situation? Market is growing really fast. Will it keep going like this?

The value fluctuations is normal in cryptocurrency. I really believe that the market will soon to rise again. This time Altcoins is my provider. When this will be stabilised the market will go up and we will be happy.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Awareness is the biggest influence. on: August 05, 2018, 10:44:46 AM
Bitcoin still need a lot of awareness, and it will comes when high populated countries that banned started supporting it or when institutional investors dive in

Bitcoin are spread out through friends and family. This is know to be the supplemental earnings to support our needs. With this aspects spreading btc is not hard to do. Many wants to enjoy the benefits it can give.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forgotten myetherwallet password on: August 05, 2018, 02:13:40 AM
I make hundreds of transactions per month with MEW and you do not need the JSON or password file.  Only the Private key is necessary to access your funds.  Keep this private, safe and backed up.
Password and JSON files is one way of accessing you account or Myetherwallet address. In fact it is safer to use this method than accessing your account via private key. On the hierarchy of option to access an etherwallet address, private keys are the last option as this is not recommended way.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to promote an ICO on: August 05, 2018, 01:49:40 AM
In your opinion which is the best way to promote an ICO at initial level to create buzz?  Do you think Ann threads are enough for that and how much is the role of bounty campaigns in that?
I think all of the campaigns are useful to promote the ICO. Ann thread, social media, signature campaigns will make the ICO visible to the public and most probably will create a buzz and lure investors to invest in it.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: August 04, 2018, 11:12:30 PM
If you will look more closely you will see, that usually allocation of the Bounty reward is around 3% to 5% and it came up to the point how can the price be so highly dumped, if we would sell up to 5% of overall token supply?
That is the truth, whether hunters dump or not it will not affect the token's price since it is only a only small percentage. Most likely dumping by the investors would make the price dip. They have lot of tokens considering the high bonus that the ICO is giving them.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you use diversification? on: August 04, 2018, 12:11:49 AM
For example, you have some altcoin (in my case it's Metaverse ETP) and you expect it to grow. But in a weak market, this altcoin behaves like bull and you have the opportunity now to sell it and buy an asset that looks weak in the market (for example Qash, Tierion, Nem, Odyssey or Republic Protocol) in order to get the greatest possible profit. Or leave a strong asset and wait for its further growth. What do you think about this?

Diversity is a good alternative on a weak market. You have to be creative in order to grow your resources. There is no constant market value in crypto world that is why you need to diversify to keep you moving.
