So with my Block errupter running and mining Bitcoin, can I also be mining Litecoin, Novacoin, Digitalcoin on the same computer?

Please explain more about  "connecting ASICs to it in some manner as CPU mining bitcoin is not profitable."

Also, I believe I can add a GPU as there is an available slot on the motherBoard.
